Frank and his team got me the part I needed in less than 5 minutes. Very friendly and easy to work with did what he says he will do. Would definitely use again very knowledgeable. Frank always follows through and backs up his work you can’t go wrong with all America for Heating and Cooling.

I just had All American replace my furnace and they did a phenomenal job! My furnace stopped working on Thursday night and I called them first thing on Friday morning. Gary came out right away and let me know my options. We determined the best option was to replace the furnace (from 1998) and they promptly brought out a crew to get the job done. They also found some work was done incorrectly previously so they repaired that as part of the installation. I feel their price was very reasonable and they were responsive, professional, and great to work with. Would highly recommend!

Best service in town. They take care of their customers. I have been a customer for over 20 years. Recently I had major issues with my humidifier and Frank and the team took care of it in a professional manner. They stand behind their work and are honest. No wonder they are 4.9 stars.

I’ve used this company multiple times for minor repairs and received an estimate for a new HVAC system. I’ve been impressed with the owner, Frank, and all of the crew that has worked at our home. They have reasonable pricing and will not recommend features, parts, etc that aren’t needed. All of the other estimates we’ve received sent salesmen out trying to sell the latest and greatest, but Frank is honest about what will last and work best for each situation. Highly recommend!

All members of All American heating and cooling were respectful and honest. They were on time, efficient and even worked in the rain to get our A/C installed. I would highly recommend them.

The two gentlemen that came out to service my furnace were great. Their diagnosis was not. They said I needed a new gas valve for my furnace and quoted me $750. I called to get a breakdown of the price and the guy on the phone said "that's our repair flat cost, if you don't like it you can do it yourself". Didn't even give me a price of the item nor labor, just flat out rude. So I called another company to take a look and the furnace just needed to be cleaned. The pressure sensor was off because of build up in the drainage lines. I saved myself over $550(they still charged me half of "shipping charges" for a part I never got) by getting another opinion simply because of the way the guy on the phone disrespected me as a customer. Trying to charge a customer for a part they don't need AND not explaining the price shows what kind of company this is. The two gentleman that came out should look for a company with integrity, they deserve better much like the customers do.

They are wonderful! Furnace broke on second day of moving in. Repairman came right over and explained why we needed the new furnace. Frank was super helpful and also found leaking freon in the ac unit which they fixed at the same time. Everything was completed in 2 days. They also told us of the $300 rebate offer and sent free candy & coffee mugs. All in all, they were incredibly nice and professional. I highly recommend.
