AWHAC Heating & Cooling

The day after the recent cold snap my furnace went out. Freezing temperatures in my house in early January are not great to wake up to.

I first called the local big company. They wanted $120 just to come out and when I sent for them, I waited nearly an hour with still not even an ETA on the service technician. I decided to read some reviews and found some people waited for 8 hours or more only to get burned on high prices.

Found the page for Jim at All Weather HVAC and decided to give them a call. He answered right away and said he was in the area and could be over in 15 minutes. I immediately cancelled the other pending appointment.

Jim arrived on time and ready to get to work. He was pleasant, straight to business, and a rather cheerful man. I would honestly trust him to work if I was out of the house.

His work was efficient. He quickly had the furnace back on and pumping out heat. The whole charge was only slightly higher than the first company wanted just to come out. He suggested an new system, but wasn’t pushy and even provided advice for prolonging the system we have.

I called on Memorial Day morning for our rental property that the air stopped working. I got Jim that answered and he was absolutely wonderful. He went to the house within an hour and had it fixed an hour later. He called and communicated everything with me prior to fixing it and prices were great! I will definitely use them again and send referrals their way!!

I can't say enough about this company. We had a service contract with another company when our air conditioner stopped working. We called them and got put on a waiting list. (By the way, 2 days later and still never heard from them.) I called Jim at AWHAC and he was there in 45 minutes. He had the unit fixed in 30. It was also Memorial Day and his pricing was very reasonable. Now that's great service!

Jim at All weather is so friendly and knowledgeable! We bought a house in March and discovered that the ac broke right after our inspection. Jim was out immediately to put in a new outdoor unit. Fast forward to today, Jim comes over and makes sure everything is running as it should because he remembered that we just had a baby. You don't get that kind of service from the big companies! If you want reliability and accountability and support a small business, I whole heartedly recommend All weather!!

The company answered my call at 2am and scheduled for the same day. Louis was amazing. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He repaired only what needed to be done and saved me a great deal of money on costly repairs. I was so impressed that I signed up for a service plan ongoing.

I called and someone came out right away on Saturday morning. He spotted the problem right away, explained everything as he did it. He was friendly and gave us a great price for a last minute Saturday call. I paid less than a service call for most places. Will continue to use in the future!

These guys are great and honest. Most of all fair and affordable. I had Neal Harris come out and bid a 100000 BTU Lennox system and they quoted me 3860 and would knock off 25% if I did it immediately. I called this company they installed a 110000 BTU system for 2000 even.

Had Jim help me out in a pinch, and I can’t thank him enough for his help. These days it’s hard to find someone that compares to the customer services you get at AWHAC. Would definitely recommend.

Called at 7 am sat morning had ac up at running by 8:30 . Jim is a honest man showed me what went wrong and had the parts to fix in his van . Highly recommended!!
