Mike is a professional who cares about his customers. Even though I haven't been a customer in years due to relocating, he left such a positive impression, I didn't hesitate to leave this review when I came across Arctic Air randomly. Not only did he service our unit on a regular basis for a handful of years, he was also available in a timely manner when we had an issue with a presumed gas leak, in which he aided us in resolving immediately. Highly recommend.

Mike was great to work with! Very professional, and was very thorough in explaining what was going on with our unit and very affordable. When weather had come into the area he was prompt at calling and came to do the work as soon as there was a break in the weather. I would definitely recommend him!!!

You will get a response when you call unlike most business calls today. Mike replaced my 16 year old unit quickly. Two days after I called I had A/C again.

They came out and put a new compressor on our unit but my husband told them they needed to find the coolant leak first but they put it on and told would come back later to do the coolant test but never came. That was the end of last year. Now we are in the hot part of the beginning of summer and have no air. So we have wasted all the money we gave them last year. We have had trouble with this unit ever since had installed 7-8 yrs ago. It keeps running out of coolant.
