This “company” who I tried to report to the BBB and discovered isn’t registered was sent to my house by my property management company. He was rude from the second he arrived, determined that the issue was low coolant threw in a pound then proceeded to argue with me when I questioned if there was a coolant leak or not as I know its not normal to be low on it and its a sign of a bigger problem. He then refused to let me speak, talked over me telling me he knew what he was doing, he was the CEO of his business and that my questions were none of his concern. I then asked him to leave my home and am requesting a new company come to home to check for a problem rather than bandaid it for a quick check. Never again. I wouldn’t recommend this “company” (he’s a one man show) to anyone.

Best price out of 9 quotes for same unit. Split unit was suggested(no duct work to stay dirty and moldy. sounded like that was for me. Worked great and decreased my power bill 20 percent. Machine is quiet but not the Owner/Operator. He will talk to you himself each time you call. INCREDIBLE! GREAT EXPERIENCE.

AC went out on Saturday afternoon, spoke with John said he would be by Sunday. He was very polite, professional, and informative.
