I have so many great things to say about Andrew and Sure Air I don't know where to start. He was prompt, courteous, and alerted us when he was enroute. When he arrived he listened to our very non-technical explanation of what happened to our Goodman brand HVAC unit, went and checked a few things, and was able to find the probable cause right away. After a few more tests he was able to confirm the issue and came up with a reasonably priced solution.

Andrew took his time with the diagnosis, explained everything carefully and came up with a reasonable estimate for repairs to fix . He was early for the appointment, made the fixes, tested everything thoroughly, explained what he was doing and why, and suggestions on how to maintain our unit in the future.

In addition to being prompt and courteous, he turned out to be honest, forthright, trustworthy, and just a likable person. We have signed up for a one-year service agreement with Sure Air as a result so we can have our unit checked for the coming summer.
