    Had a great experience. Miller heating and cooling was dispatched by the home warranty company with a 24 hour window to contact me. Chris called me the morning after, letting me know he was nearby and wanting to know if he could look at the unit. He showed up, diagnosed the issue instantly, and did a few repairs, all while educating me on how my HVAC system works. He was fast and efficient, I'll probably use him even once the home warranty is up.

    Chris is amazing! He was the third person to come check my system when the AC went out and the only company that didn't try to sell me a brand new system. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time saving me thousands of dollars. I highly recommend calling him before paying several other "diagnostic fees" to only be sold on a new system.

    Bad experience, technician wanted to replace a five year old HVAC system - both indoor and outdoor units. Had a second opinion, who determined system is good to go, no leaks or issues, other then the fact that Miller over pressurized the coolant. They had to fix his “repairs” in order to get it up and running. Recommend you stick to a well established company to service your home.

    My home warranty company put me in contact with Miller Heating & Cooling. I was given Chris' number and attempted to speak with him at 9:10am. After not receiving a call by 10:40am, I called again. At this time, I learned his voicemail was full and was unable to leave a second message. I called again at 11:50am and again found his voicemail to be full. I have had my home warranty company locate a new technician.

    Excuse after excuse as to why he could not come replace a fuse that was a 2 minute fix . Re- scheduled multiple times . Thanks Chris , I found someone who actually wants to do their job !This guy does not want to work. Would not recommend him to anyone !!!!

    This man needs to have some respect for people. My time is as valuable as yours. A phone call goes along way, when someone is waiting on you and you dont call to let them know your not coming or going to be late, thats just disrespect to the other person. Not once but twice you did this. I really expected better but thats ok someone else can have the business. A person will tell at least 10 people of a bad experience, from some of the reviews i hope your business can withstand that. Would not recommend!
