I have admittedly waited a few months to post this review, however, considering the horrible service I received from several other companies I went to for AC/Heating repair I wanted to see if I was going to be calling again in 3 months for some repair or another.

Joe and his crew are absolutely amazing. They are all professional and nice, and took the time to explain what the previous issues were and how they *should* have been fixed. We decided on a new system as being the best option. The downside was, it was going to take a few days to get the unit in, and it was ridiculously hot outside. But being the considerate kind of people that they are, they brought a window unit and installed it in my room so that we had at least one area that was cooled while we waited for the unit to get installed.

I could not ask for more honest and hard working people to work with. The work was clear and concise and on-time, and they are considerate of the client. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking help with HVAC issues. I know I won't go anywhere else ever again!

We woke up and found out A/C was blowing warm air. We messaged Joe Burns Heating and Air online, early in the morning on a weekend, and they responded within minutes. They showed up within a few hours and fixed our issue! They were kind, professional, and helpful. Absolutely recommend using them.

We called Joe Burns Heating and Air a couple of weeks ago when our upstairs AC unit wouldn't stay on. They sent a tech to our house within an hour or two. The tech, Preston, did a tremendous job troubleshooting the issue and kept me in the loop as he worked it out. He was able to solve the issue quickly, and we were very pleased with the price. Joe Burns will be the first number we call if we ever face HVAC issues in the future.

Brooks, the service expert, is a respectful young man with appreciable knowledge and diagnostic capability. When I described the issue he methodically examined the system to identify the issue and rectified it. Focus on work, without any pressure to up-sell, made me very comfortable with the company and the tech experts who they dispatch.

I was extremely pleased with the service we got. Mason, the technician was great to work with. He was very polite, informed, and really acted like he cared for our concerns. I’d definitely recommend them to others.

I recently moved to the Midlands from up north, and bought a house which (while relatively new) I wanted to have the HVAC system looked at and tweaked up for the upcoming spring/summer season, as I hadn't had it checked out this past fall going into winter.
I selected Joe Burns Heating & Air, after checking out several local vendors whom I could have engaged, but Joe Burns possessed all the traits & qualities I was seeking.
From the initial contact call I made with a lovely lady named Amy, who was able get me scheduled for my job right quick, to the courtesy text I received by my technician (Brooks) informing me he was on his way, and ultimately the VERY professional and informed interaction I shared with Mr. Cabiness, who answered all my questions and shared insights with me about my system, and what his observations were as he worked on it, I felt very comfortable & reassured I selected the right company to be performing my HVAC Inspection & maintenance.

Originally I had only asked for the HVAC System to be checked out, but since Brooks was already on site, & I asked him if he was able to check the A/C unit as well, he reached out to his office, & got the clearance to go ahead and address that for me as well, and now I'm very confident after his very thorough inspection of my HVAC system, I'll be in good shape heading into this spring, summer & fall of 2022 knowing my system has been checked into, and had a minor capacitor out of tolerance replaced,
so that - coupled with a total air-duct cleaning & disinfecting I am having done the day after my HVAC work, I feel will help keep my heating & cooling system functioning at optimum conditions for a long stretch ahead.

Brooks Cabiness is a very kind, knowledgeable & professional technician who knows his stuff, and enjoys sharing his knowledge when engaged, and he was very thorough in explaining to me what he was working on & checking as he went along, which I was appreciative for.

I would VERY MUCH HIGHLY RECOMMEND Joe Burns Heating & Air LLC for your HVAC needs. Their prices are very reasonable, NO Surprises! no bait & switch tactics, & for me (being a former New Yorker) I found interacting with them both on the phone & in person, with their down to earth demeanor, to be quite refreshing.

I will absolutely be reaching out again to Joe Burns Heating & Air when the need arises, and/or just to have my system inspected once again heading into the winter season, just to be certain everything's up to spec.
