Haha's Heating and Cooling LLC

The motor and capacitors went out on the air conditioner. They were the only ones available to come out on an unusual hot and humid day. He got the motor working instead of just charging us for a new one and had the new capacitors in less than an hour for a great price. Very nice and respectful. Knew what he was doing. If we have any HVAC issues we will definitely be calling Haha’s.

I would strongly recommend calling and using HaHa Heating and Cooling's services. The quality of work was extremely professional and they went well above and beyond the reason they were called out. I had an issue with my heating unit, and they went ahead and checked all elements of my system and furnace, fixing issues they found. A duct was loose that connected to my bathroom above the furnace location and they fixed that issue as well. Outside of excellent service, they were welcoming and willing and wanting to help, providing great information for future self-maintenance for my system. I have their number saved in my phone and will use them for all of my HVAC/Heating needs from here on out!

I called at 8am due to my furnace blowing cold and they had someone out to me by 9am. Due to a faulty job by previous technicians with a different company, the part with the issue could've caught the house on fire luckily they were able to replace it and get me back up and running within an hour. Thank you so much for your responsiveness. I will be using them in the future for my heating and cooling needs.

Haha’s was excellent in coming out and providing information on our furnace that lead up to a replacement. They were able to replace the entire system which looks a whole lot better than what the builder did. Amazing communication throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend.

Luis did a great job. He did an A/C tune up, was very friendly, answered all my questions, didn't mind me watching him work. The only reason this is less than 5 stars is both appointments I've set with them were over an hour late. Stuff happens. I don't think this is Luis's fault, it's just dispatch scheduling jobs too tight I think.

Just had this company come out to help with my screwups of trying to fix it on my own. FARIS was great!!! Give that man a raise! He’s totally awesome!

Con part is. The unit only needed a new capacitor. Swore that it was a great brand and blah blah blah. So was CHARGED $195!!!! That’s not including the service fee of $85 which we knew that was going to be paid regardless. But $195 on a $20 capacitor was totally outrageous and price gouging from hell!!! Didn’t even get the option to choice if we wanted to replace it ourselves.

Faris and his partner that came literally same day as I called them for the service were fantastic! I apologize I am getting to this review so late! They came just as I couldn’t withstand the heat and use of ten fans spread across my home as I waited and waited for this person hired to fix it from my landlord. Whom I was having to deal with personally instead of my landlord even contacting him. Now that I think about it he has YET to get back to me! Lol. I’m a single mother and new to all things handy within my home after married nearly ten years. Anything short of changing a light bulb I am clueless and I am so thankful to have called HaHa Heating and Cooling. Not only for the sake of my AC unit outside not even connected or empty from coolant but as they both were very through I was astonished by Faris’s (the owner) sense of smell and just doing a very laid out and well explained plan in tact but his keen nose was able to ever so fortunately able to detect a natural gas leak in my basement! 😳 I was lucky my son was out of town visiting grandparents but also for choosing NOT to wait on my landlords “maintenance guy” And even more than that had I not hired these two hard working very polite and professionals to help I don’t want to know what could have happened without the detection of the gas leak! Faris even insisted on showing me with his device that detects natural has in the air even after I assured him I trusted his word. I felt they both went over and beyond to do all they could to get me finally safe and cooled down! Faris has a great persona and genuineness about him being even helpful with me emptying the water from my sons pool and deflating it for me! That’s a great character and his newly working and actively training partner working with him was sb absolute delight as well. I am very satisfied and taken back by how willing and polite they were. Thank you! Sorry again for this being sooo late!

Feris really knows his stuff. Completely trust his advice and honesty.
If you have an issue with a difference in your upstairs and downstairs temperatures, give him a call. He installed two automatic ducts for the two zones. We now use two different thermostats to control each. The vents automatically open and close to increase or decrease the air flow and keep the temperature consistent in each zone - with just one furnace and one air conditioner. Great stuff and will save us money on our energy bills. All done with Bluetooth components. Thank you Ha Ha's.

Ahmad came out when I was in distress with no AC and promised me he would order the parts and be back the next day. He honored his word and he was out the next day with new parts and replaced and fixed my A/C within an hour. I highly recommend this company.

I thought I wanted Bob Hamilton to sell me an air conditioner but I felt insulted by their prices.

Mr. Farris Haha was very polite and competitively priced. I even felt comfortable enough to leave he, David and Mo to lock up my house when they were done and they did so.

10/10 would recommend.
