By far the BEST Heating and Cooling company out there. They are def the 1st to call on my list. The Owner, Faris, will come out to any job site to make sure everything is getting done in a timely manner and on top of that WILL START WORKING HIMSELF. I recommend this company to everyone who needs repairs, maintenance, and/or replaacement of AC and Heat in their home or business. 100000000% satisfied.

Farris is such a nice man, he takes the time to explain anything he is doing. Very polite and respectful, I would call his business for any issue with our heating and cooling. Really a pleasure, and cost effective alternative to some larger companies around here. He installed our system in 2017, we had to call for a service cleaning and check-up. Very satisfied with his service, thank you.

06-08-2023 update...
Just had Lionel out for a service tune-up (SUMMER) he was courteous and very professional, gave our system a checkover and spot clean on the coils. He gave his seal of approval and off he went, we really appreciate the service from HAHAS, Thank you, David and Wanda Allen.

What can I say about haha heating and cooling Farris is a man who has a lot of pride in his company to do the job right the 1st time and for me he did offered a great service at a fair price and competitive price with good warranties at first l wasn't sure l chose the right place but by the end of the day soared with flying colors short handed 2 dedicated workers worked straight thru for 9 hours no break til it was done removing and replacing a whole hvac system my hats off to Rebecca and Austin thank you both it's a jungle out there many dealers to choose from if your looking to replace a furnace or a.c. look up haha heating and cooling Farris is committed to give you his best work at a fair price and stand behind it thank you sir Farris and associates everything is working fine Have a great day

Don’t use this business if you have a home warranty. I called them soon after they opened to get an appointment through my home warranty to have my AC fixed since it was not working. They called me at 4 pm that day to let me know they had moved my 9 am appointment the following morning to later in the week due to “other emergency calls”. I let them know that I also did not have AC and mine was also an emergency and they told me they bumped me due to their own members calling and needed an appointment ahead of me. If you have a home warranty you will not be prioritized. Better to ask your home warranty company to schedule you elsewhere as them calling at 4 pm left me very little time to find a solution.

I would not recommend using this company for A/C or Heating maintenance. They do NOT honor their own coupons that are sent out. We wanted to get their A/C Summer Tune Up but they would not accept the coupon so we ended up paying much more than anticipated. Their customer service was very poor and unprofessional. I would advise looking elsewhere for your A/C & Heating needs.

My tenant notified me that the furnace was not working. So, I paid an $80 service fee online to request repair service from my home warranty company (Liberty Home Guard or LHG).
A technician from Haha's Cooling and Heating Company notified me that the gas valve of the furnace had to be replaced and was $385. I proceeded with the payment and replacement, but the furnace was still not working afterward.
Next day, I received a call from LHG telling me that I have to pay another $330 to replace the circuit board. With no choice, I proceeded with the payment again.
Couple days later, the technician replaced the circuit board but the furnace still wasn't working. He told me the capacitor also needs to be replaced.
Later, I called LHG and Haha's; they told me my furnace is too old and needs to be replaced with a brand new one.
So, I hired another company to fix it. He found out that the fuse was burnt and the previous technician had wired it incorrectly. The total cost was $189.20.
Haha's technician was very unprofessional because he should have found out what was wrong on the first visit. I am very frustrated that I had to pay $385 for the gas valve, $330 for the circuit board, and labor fees for both visits. Then, they refuse to fix it saying it can't be fixed, and are insisting I buy a new furnace after I had spent all that money for nothing.
I talked to LHG so many times. They kept saying my furnace's value is $0 because it's 20 years old so it needs to be replaced instead. I also requested a refund, but they refused.
I filed a complaint to Liberty Home Guard and Haha's Heating and Cooling LLC. Both companies are not honest and irresponsible. I would like to receive a refund for the $795 that I had paid for essentially nothing.

Faris came out and was very helpful at diagnosing my HVAC unit on a service request and went above and beyond in providing helpful information. He pointed out issues that weren’t his to resolve.
He even got my A/C unit running while he was here. He was very kind and has earned a new customer.

No sense of urgency with this company. We went over a week without heat at the coldest part of the season. No updates generated by the company. We had to call each day and ask for updates. However they rang my phone off the hook in the beginning to get their payment. Upon install date technician was over 1 1/2 hour late. He didn't bother calling until we called him and well after appointment was missed. They get 2 stats because they eventually got the job done. I'm disappointed in how the job was handled with the warranty company. They entitled it was their first time dealing with them. You would think they'd handhold the process but nope. Nothing. I would have a hard time recommending this company to anyone.

Owner provided same morning service with quick solution to get the AC back up and running. Courteous, Professional, and did not try to upsell or inflate problem. He left recommendations and opportunities for me to consider. Overall GREAT experience.
