This company is wonderful!! I have been using Farris and HaHa’s heating and cooling for quite a few years now and I have to say that they are honest and stand by their work all while having very reasonable pricing. They are punctual and professional. I would recommend them first and foremost to any other company.

Great service really fast and friendly, very informative and reliable

First, they came within 24 hours of my request for service. It was extremely hot, and they were by far the fastest to respond. The young gentleman was very nice, and clearly went over the costs before performing the work. He was very quick and had some great advice on maintaining the unit. The costs were very reasonable. They are my new go-to HVAC specialist.

This company is amazing! Came out the day we called for broken ac. He was wonderful to work with. Even came out after hours. Fixed our unit in just a few minutes. Even called the next day to follow up. You just can’t find this kind of service these days. Refreshing to feel like a valued customer. Would recommend to anyone. Will definitely keep this number for any future needs.

Our AC went out and we contacted our home warranty company and they got us with someone that was taking 2 months to get things fixed we called back they got us set up with Farris. He came out at 6:30 PM 2 hours after he was called diagnosed the problem and was back with the part at 11am the next day and had it fixed. I would would highly recommend this company to anyone. They get things done in less than 24 hours when another company couldn't even get it done in 2 months.

I am a maintenance director at a nursing home and use this company for all my a/c needs and they are very competitive on pricing and very prompt on getting my facility in to there busy schedule. Faris came over 40 minutes after getting the call on a Saturday to look at our heating issues. Then he pulled strings to get a parts supplier to open on a Saturday to get the parts we needed all while dealing with our warranty company. I highly recommend Faris and his company.

F&H did a great job. After having a poor experience with another company, they were a breath of fresh air. Extremely professional from day one, excellent communication, they explained every step of the process to me. They noticed that we had the wrong thermostat system for our heat pump and they were able to install the correct one the same day... And he rescued my dog after he escaped out the front door. I have nothing but positive things to say about them, we will definitely be calling them for anything heating/cooling related in the future.
