The employees x 2, called and informed me the technician would be late and gave me an ETA. This was much appreciated. The truck was in my driveway at the estimated time. Farris was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He repaired my A/C and replaced a part. Farris suggested that I replace it when able. I had cold air from my vents in less than an hour!!! There was no pressure to buy one immediately at all. I will definitely use HaHa’s again for my A/C AND heating needs. Thank you, Farris and staff!!!

I've been using HaHa's since spring of 2021. They have always been reliable and fast. Today they fixed my gas fireplace! It's not on the list of services, but they do it.

Faris (I apologize if I spelled name wrong) came out a few minutes before he said he would be here and was able to diagnose and set appointment to repair vent (next business day) and at a great price. I previously tried with AB May…who charged me to come out and said I would first need a contractor. I highly recommend this company over other “big namers” companies.

Haha was good to work with. Their prices were competitive and the service was excellent. They were able to get the whole system installed in one day and were able to fit us into their schedule almost immediately. They didn't try to oversell us on an expensive system that was more than we needed, but also still made sure we were getting a good quality system that will last. I would recommend them to others.

I've interacted with 3 employees including over the phone and in person. All were friendly and professional. Was able to get heating and a/c checkup scheduled the same week I called - not experiencing any problems so I wasn't in a hurry. They showed up on time. Communicated well. Didn't try to sell me new units just based on age of my current ones. I will definitely be calling these guys when it's time to replace!

What a great company! They were running a few minutes late and called to confirm which is appreciated. After evaluating our a/c and confirming that it did need replaced, they were able to fit us in that very day. Such a blessing when working from home and homeschooling when it's 86 degrees inside! The team was very professional, polite, and tidy. Definitely recommend Haha's for a/c needs.

Love this company. Have been using them for semi yearly checkups on my ac/heater since 2018 and when it came time to replace my heater they helped me get one that fit my needs and runs more efficiently than the 20+ year old unit I had. They were quick and I really appreciate the way they helped me. Thank you!

Same day service with honesty and a very fair price! I feel like most companies would have just told me my furnace was shot because it's older and tried to sell me a new unit. F&H quickly diagnosed the issue and took the time to show and explain to me what was wrong. He ran out to get the necessary part and had me up and running again in no time. I highly recommend them!

Best heating and cooling service I have ever encountered. I called Mr. Fares early in the morning, within an hour one of their team technicians was on my door, sharp guy and experienced, did not take him long to figure out what the problem was with my heat, within an hour the problem was solved and furnace was blowing hot air again, price? Yeah very reasonable and affordable comparing to others out there in the market.
