Absolutely remarkable care, professionalism, and work done. Summer 2022 in Minnesota has kicked off warmer than usual and unfortunately our AC broke in the midst of 100 degree temperatures. Was able to call into Sedhwick's offices 5 mins before they close, get a next day appointment (which is very hard in the summer with how booked technicians are), & got my AC repaired next day under an hour. The technician was extremely diligent, explained every step along the way, and courteous. I couldn't be happier

Charged $100 to try to sell me a new furnace. Fixed it myself for $50. Saved $9950. Thanks for nothing.

Jeremy was right on time, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I scheduled the visit to get some options relating to our air exchange unit and home humidifier. Jeremy was able to explain all of our options, including his recommendation. Lots to consider, and I look forward to getting to work as soon as my wife and I agree on a direction.

Fantastic!!!! On time, quick, helpful, funny and this was the second time the repairman came in 5 years. My AC is 24 years old and he keeps it running along! Thank you Sedgewick. It is hot here and my house will cool down by this evening. So grateful! My bill was 1/10th the replacement cost.

On a very cold evening my furnace went out. My first contact was a no go - said they couldn’t help me for 4 days (and added that I wouldn’t get ANYONE to come out that evening) I then called Sedgwick. I received an immediate call back; and a service tech arrived an hour later. Brent was awesome and immediately found/fixed the problem. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sedgwick Heating and Air!!!

They installed a complete new AC system a few years ago. It was extremely challenging due to home construction layout. Have continued to have them come for annual service, maintenance, inspection. Wayne is a rock star. Mathew from the scheduling team is so helpful.
