I was amazed by the GREAT customer services Silver Tree provided when my furnace wasn't working the day before Christmas Eve. They were very responsive and helpful! Gordon and Jeremy were amazing, professional and did a fantastic job! This company worked diligently to make sure myself and my neighbors had heat during the sub zero temps. I HIGHLY recommend them!

We had a leak at our water main shut off from a manufacturer defect. I called the emergency service number and they arrived within few hours and made the repairs in about 20 minutes. Great level of service!

We’ve hired Silver Tree to install a humidifier and service our furnace and AC. We got unlucky with some parts (not their fault at all) and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable every time.

Dan Schiro did a fantastic job of taking care of us this weekend! We had problems throughout the day on Saturday with our furnace and he was patient and thorough in explanation and what to expect. After getting the furnace back to a possible stable configuration Saturday, the furnace went completely out later that day. He was able to track down a part and get us taken care of the next day. I feel that he went beyond the call by working tirelessly to find the part and make sure my family had a working furnace as soon as he could. Dan is a very good part of your team and if his work ethic is anything of an example of the rest of your team we'd be happy to recommend Silver Tree service to anyone we know! Thank you!

While the work Silver Tree performs is acceptable, their pricing is frankly outrageous. We had a water heater (originally installed by Silver Tree) that failed after just three years. As part of the warranty process, Silver Tree installed the replacement at a labor price of $675 for less than two hours of work. If cost is a factor at all for you, I recommend looking elsewhere for plumbing and HVAC.

We just remodeled our bathroom and also replaced our furnace, water heater and air conditioning unit with Silver Tree. It was a huge complicated project, but Silver Tree was amazing to work with! They were very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and completed the work as scheduled. They were also very accommodating with the many changes we had which made the process so much less stressful. We had many subs working on our project, but Silver Tree was the only company that were there when they said they would be. They put the extra effort in ahead of time so our project would go smoothly and would turn out exactly how we wanted it. We are extremely happy with the end result and attribute much of that to Silver Tree!

Silver tree is a great company to use due to their Professionalism, relationship building, hard work and dedication to each individual customer. Making sure the customer is happy and satisfied with the product/service and also making sure the customer knows everything is going on and is understanding what is going on from all angles and aspects.

Alex is very knowledgeable & such a sweet young man! He answers questions throughly and is extremely professional. He goes out of his way to ensure his customers fully understand what products or services they may need. He is personable and doesn’t come across like a typical salesman. After watching one of their vans force a car off the road and then follow just a few feet behind another car going 55mph, I'll be getting my work done by a better company. I assume your road rage attitude carries over into poor work.

A great company to work for. Very kind people who actually remember your name and care to know their employees, hard to find in a company now days. It has been a pleasure and a very beneficial learning experience from our current foreman who takes the time to show his guys actual hands on training. If you enjoy going to work and putting in an honest days work and being treated fairly, consider talking to these guys.
