It is the annual maintenance of the the ac part of my maintenance plan. Common sense would bring air filters to replace the dirty one. Was told they did not have one. Requested to be shown some items that I could maintain however technician stated he was not familiar with this unit! I do not know how to respond to this situation! Otherwise he cleaned and checked the ac unit as requested. Was professional. Stated he would take my concerns back to the office so will wait and see what the follow up time will be

Technician Wayne Ford was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.He immediately diagnosed the problem--a big one: the main circuit board needed replacement. There's a long story that goes with this, but ultimately his diagnosis was right on target and the board was eventually replaced by someone else since we have Smarthome Advantage protection coverage with Excel and the circuit board was pricey.

He showed up on time, was very kind, looked at the thermostat furnace filter, and the furnace, then went out to the air unit. When he came he said good news bad news well not so good news but not all bad either. I covered my unit in the fall, found out mice like that and mice chewed my wires and made a mess. Hurt my compressor some and reminded me of the age of the unit. I recommend Sedgwick's 5 stars from me,

We came home Saturday evening to a cold house in December. I checked and the furnace wasn’t running. Because it was so late, I was worried I would have to wait until Sunday to get a repair person to come out. But, after calling Sedgwick, they had someone at my house in about 25 minutes. The technician, Wayne, was amazing. Not only was he super friendly and professional, he was able to diagnose the problem. Although he needed to order a part for our repair, he was able to get the furnace operational so that we could have heat. Because it was a cold Minnesota December Saturday night, I was expecting to pay an arm and leg, but that wasn’t the case. The rate was much lower than I was expecting. I was super appreciative of Wayne’s work, and my family was able to sleep in a warm house. I cannot recommend enough the work and service of Sedgwick!
