Sedgwick Heating & Air Conditioning

I've been with this Company for several years and always had a good experience. Usually it's for maintenance of my furnace or AC. Today they installed a new AC. The installers were on time, knowledgeable, efficient and left the basement and yard clean and orderly. I was kept informed about their progress. My questions were answered.

We had Sedgwick replace our furnace and AC about five years ago. Did a great job at a reasonable price. Yearly follow-up maintenance has kept things in tip top shape. Their service techs are knowledgeable and super nice. Excellent all-around experience.

They came by for an inspection. The tech seemed knowledgeable. Left saying they’d look into parts or replacement options. Despite multiple calls back to the company, they never replied or returned. Just left the furnace and A/C taken apart and the thermostat loosely hanging on the wall:-/

Update: Larry did follow up and worked to get us a quote. The peopel at Sedgwick have all been pleasant and seem good to work with. We may have truly just “fallen through the cracks”.

Friendly technician, answered all my questions. Gave info on further service plans, but wasn't trying to upsell and no high pressure sales pitch (which was really refreshing). Was honest and transparent about everything. Would recommend.

This company is extremely responsive! The furnace did not kick on one morning and Jon had a repair technician on his way out before I could even get home from work. We rescheduled for the next day and he found the issue right away. Jeremy was so kind and took his time explaining exactly what the issue was and what he planned to do. Everything was still under warranty, so we are good to go for more cold MN nights!

Great job, Sedgwick! AC failure on a hot day is stressful, but Sedgwick responded quickly to our call for service. The tech was friendly, professional and knew his stuff, and the issues were diagnosed and addressed. I appreciated the comprehensive explanation of problems/solutions. Very happy customer, and will be planning on calling Sedgwick again to help with any future HVAC needs. Highly recommended.

Technician was able to diagnose and solve the issue in less then 30 minutes.

The Technicial provided excellent service today, as he always does. He arrived on time, and he was polite and pleasant. He completed his work efficiently, and he gave me the right amount of information about the status of the AC unit.

Sedgwick installed our heat and AC in 2001, and we’ve been using their semi-annual preventative maintenance ever since. They are good communicators, prompt, professional, and repair and (presumably) replace only when necessary. We believe their maintenance plan has helped our HVAC keep going strong as long as possible.
