Sedgwick Heating & Air Conditioning

My neighbors recommended I go with Sedwick when I said I wanted to get my furnace a checkup before winter. They did a great job. Very knowledgeable and professional. They also showed up well within the appointment window. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Another great experience with Sedgwick. They fixed my A/C this summer and now got our furnace up and running. A quick fix due to a single loose wire. Only charged me the visit fee. Their team could not be nicer and more professional.

We had Sedgwick replace our furnace and come back to work on our thermostat. They were great! We had a small confusion when they processed our credit card weeks later than we gave it to them, but it was a pretty minor mistake. They were professional, friendly, seemed very trustworthy and did great work. I will be using them in the future when possible!

Jeremy from Sedgwick was awesome. He was Prompt, super friendly, and did a great job explaining what he was doing, what issues he found, and what the different options were to fix it. He also resolved our issue. I found him professional, transparent, and trustworthy. I would definitely use him and Sedgwick again in the future.

I was really happy with the quick turn on my furnace repair. Wayne came out and explained my options, pricing and time frame on what I could do. He did the chosen repair quickly and was so helpful. Professional, courteous, and thorough. They walked me through the parts of the AC, some troubleshooting and tips if it starts acting funky again, and advice for everyday home maintenance (spray down once a year and replace air filters every three months). The price they charged was more than fair for the value they provided. Highly recommended, and I'll be using their services again.

Update - had technician Ben out today for furnace visit. He was professional and friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. Furnace working well. Great service!

Technician David Morris was out to do prepaid maintenance on the AC. He called before he arrived and was friendly and professional. Service call determined we needed new replacement part for the unit and the prepaid plan meant we got a discount. Very satisfied. Just a note - I forgot to ask him to mask up when inside. He volunteered to put on shoe coverings though.
