They were able to help me when my furnace died on an extremely cold Sunday night. Their answering service was friendly and professional, and their technician got back to me fairly quickly despite being very busy. The technician was able to fix the problem easily and had the parts to fix it in his truck. Very happy with their service!

Sedgwick Heating & Air Conditioning is going to be my go to service provider for HVAC related issues. I thought it was a cold morning until I noticed the furnace was not running. Called a few service companies with no luck! I either had to stay cold for a few days or pay hundreds just for the techs to come out during after work hours. I am so blessed to find Sedgwick! They answered my call quickly and within a minute I was no longer worried. Miles came over in about two hours after the call. He is knowledgeable and professional on the work and he fixed the pressure switch issue quickly. He even educated me on some of the important maintenance best practices so I can take care of the system by myself. Now at noon I am listening to the beautiful noice from the furnace and enjoying my warm winter day!

When we woke up sweating Saturday morning, I knew we needed help fast. Sedgwick had put in our new furnace in January, so they were the logical ones to call. The phone was answered quickly, even at 7:10 on a Saturday morning, and I got a call from the service tech within 15 minutes. He showed up a bit before he said he would - the only negative here is that he said he would call before arriving and didn't. He got right to work, found the problem and we had blessed cool air flowing in short order. It wasn't particularly cheap but well worth it for the professional, fast service. Recommended.

From my initial call to when the service person came, the service was professional and in a time span of only 45 minutes. The tech immediately found what the problem was.
