Service tech Jeremy was very thorough and personable. We've used Sedgwick for over 10 years and they are consistently top performers. They replaced our A/C about 12 years ago and then our furnace a few years after that. Now we rely on them to help us keep our systems running smoothly. Every time they come out for a checkup I learn a new tip about things I can do do keep our home comfortable. Very happy with Sedgwick.

Furnace went out during freezing Winter break. Called Sedgwick and within 3hr repair workers showed up. They quickly diagnosed the issue and showed me how to fix if it happened again. If it continues to happen, may need part replaced, but they took the time to explain things and were very trustworthy and reliable. Extremely pleased with the experience.

My experience with Sedgwick has been very positive over the years. I rely on them to provide preventative maintenance on my HVAC system and believe it is well worth the investment to make sure both heat and AC work properly when needed!

They installed a whole house humidifier. Very personable. They explained what they were going to do, did a good job and then explained how it would work, when and where to get new media and how to make adjustments. Price was what they quoted and less than others that I checked.

This is the third experience I’ve had with this company and I’m more impressed every time! They are speedy and tell you exactly what is going on, what needs to be done and what your options are. They are just fantastic and I wouldn’t go to anyone else for service, repairs or installations. Fantastic!!

Technician Jeremy is a true professional: expert in providing service & repair; he was extremely courteous, efficient, & personable; very knowledgeable & able to completely explain in layman's terms the why & how of the tweaking & repairs he performed.
