Tech Chet called to walk through issue at 10 PM and confirm me and my family were safe, then came out on Thanksgiving morning to diagnose issue and make sure there was no threat until service was done. Phenomenal tech and very thankful for their work and effort.

Same day service, Cameron was friendly, professional and informative. Was able to get our furnace running again, although he said our inducer motor is shot and won't last much longer. The only frustrating thing is I was quoted 1200 dollars to replace the motor, but I can buy the part online for $250 and install it easily in a half hour. That's a steep labor rate!

The whole experience with Sedgwick was top notch. From Holly in the office, to Jeremy our tech; the staff were super easy to work with.

HVAC companies can vary greatly in service and speed. Sedgwick does a great job with both.

I will 100% use again.

Benjamin did a fantastic job! He cleaned and serviced our air conditioner and installed something that made it run more efficiently (I can’t remember what he called it but it worked!). Also, he took the time to fix the installation of the thermostat that wasn’t quite correct. So professional. We are extremely pleased with today’s service. Jeremy called me when he finished his current appointment letting me know he was on his way and his approximate arrival time. He explained very clearly what needed to be done and why. He also cleaned up his work area and left it better then before he arrived.

I call after 10am and had Chet was there just after 2pm. He diagnosed my AC and explained what he was doing and about the system and some of the settings that it had. He had it up and running in about 30 minutes and it has been working great since then. I would definitely recommend Sedgwick to everyone!
