Even with harsh Minnesota winter weather the scheduler was able to assign a tech to visit in less than 24 hours from furnace failure. The tech arrived one-time, was knowledgeable, efficient and answered all our questions. Overall a great first impression.

We recently had a 31-year old furnace and central air conditioner replace by Sedgwick Heating and Air. Within 9 hours, both systems were installed and running smoothly. The staff took great care to make sure the floors were protected and there was minimal disruption around the house. They worked with confidence and were professional and friendly. They made note of city code and even moved our hot water heater to be at the correct distance from the furnace. Once the systems were installed, they gave thorough instructions on the components and how to run the digital thermostat. We could not be more pleased with their integrity as a business. Our furnace went out during the March 31-April 1 blizzard. The service technician had to drive through snow covered roads to get here but he did and was able to fix the problem.
