I’m very please with the prompt and very honest work tech Charlie did on our home unit.I normally don’t post reviews good or bad so this my very first review.Charlie was on time went straight to the problem. These guys are the real deal, they don’t try to sell you something you don’t need like other companies that I’d rather not mention.I have a few properties and they will definitely be seeing me again. Charlie was very respectful and professional. I highly recommend this company, my first time with them and wow what a difference when a company’s technicians concentrate on quality work and customer satisfaction. Throughout the years of using different companies I can say I was not expecting this quality and prompt service, The price was very very reasonable Thank you Charlie for the great service. I hope to see you again on my next project

Very happy with the service received by Max and LaSalle. Max answered my questions, gave recommendations and advice that made sense, let me make the decisions based on the provided information, and solved an issue that a tech from a previous company said could not be fixed. I plan on continuing to utilize Max (LaSalle) for future heating and cooling needs, and highly recommend you give them a try.

Just had Charlie and Ryan from LaSalle work on my air conditioning unit. Great customer service, extremely knowledgeable and made reccomendations on how I should care for my air conditioner going forward. I would highly recommend LaSalle Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. to everyone.

Chris and Ryan were able to really help me out in an emergency. The heat went out in my house. They provided me some space heaters to keep the house warm through the night. They performed an emergency install the next morning and I had a new furnace before 11:00 AM. Extremely professional, great to work with, really went out of their way to provide exceptional service. My furnace broke down and the company I was working with couldn't get me heat for 4 days. I called LaSalle and they accommodated me the same day and were very helpful. Charlie explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. Really nice guy. Definitely my new HVAC guys.

Our furnace quit working and when I couldn't get it fixed at 8:30pm I called LaSalle Heating and AC to see if they could make it out. By 10:05pm Scott and Cole had it up and running again!

They did this while also teaching me a couple of simple solves in case of a problem in the future. I can't say enough good things about their service and professionalism.

Charlie and his team from LaSalle provided top notch customer service! I was very impressed with the time he took to explain the situation and answer all of my questions. He even showed me how to do some general maintenance myself. I would HIGHLY recommend LaSalle for your HVAC needs!

I called Scott about my intermittent furnace issue. Max came out and did a thorough job at finding and fixing an issue with my burner, then stuck around to make sure it was fixed properly. He even gave me helpful tips on running my HVAC and air exchanger to be most comfortable and save on utility bills. Max was knowledgeable and professional. I will keep LaSalle in my contact list and would highly recommend others in the metro to do the same!

Called on a Saturday for a furnace problem and w/in 15 minutes Charlie came out and took a look and diagnosed the issue. Charlie called back to the shop and Max came out w/ the new part. Fortunately for my furnace, they had the part considering it was an older '93 model furnace. Both Charlie and Max gave me some great informational tidbits and recommendations as well as rough price quotes for new furnaces as I'll be in the market for 1 shortly. Both gentlemen were: prompt w/ service; respectful; and knowledgeable. My mistake in "cleaning" the furnace actually turned out to be a godsend considering the state of my furnace and information these gentlemen gave me. I wouldn't hesitate to call for assistance or use this company again. Thanks for the great service to Charlie and Max!

A company with staff that go above and beyond what's expected! Scott came to our house today to investigate an AC problem. The current problem was minor (maybe 5 minutes to figure out), but he spent an additional 45 minutes informing us about our current system and all the possible upgrade options without charging a visit fee! Thanks Scott! We will certainly be going with LaSalle for our heating and AC needs. It's rare to find a service company this dedicated to good customer service! Oh...and he was on time as well (actually called to make sure it was ok to come early:).
