I will never call another heating or air conditioning company besides Lasalle again. My experience with them was second to none. My furnace quit working yesterday and I tried what I could to try to fix I but was not successful. So at 10:00 PM I called Lasalle and Scott said he could send someone out right then or the next morning. I chose the next morning at 7:00AM and Max showed up exactly on time. He was extremely friendly and more than helpful. Within 5 minutes he told me what was wrong and gave me my OPTIONS. The part that was bad could be replaced for $260 according to Max. My other option would be to replace the furnace. My furnace is from 1991 so I realize it could be on it's last leg. He explained to me that based on the fact that I only plan on living in my house for another 5 years, it may make sense to replace the furnace so I get to experience the benefits of a new furnace rather than replacing it right before I sell the house. He explained different options of furnaces and the benefits of them all but NEVER once pressured me into a decision of either repairing my current furnace or replacing it. I felt like I was given all of the facts and a professional suggestion but then without any complications, able to make my own decision. I chose to repair the furnace with the idea that based on his recommendation I will replace it in a year or so once I can save for it. He ordered the part and called me 2 hours later and asked when I wanted him to put it in. I said I was at work until 6 that night so the next day would work but he was more than willing to turn his work day into a 12 hour day to come back that night and get my heat working again. His diagnosis was correct and by 6:30 my heat was working. What my experience came down to was, Lasalle is beyond honest, friendly, hardworking, skilled, timely, and hands down the best heating and A/C company you could deal with. I never once felt pressured like I worried I would when picking a company to fix my furnace but I was given expert advice and that is all I could have asked for. Thank you Max and Lasalle heating and AC. I'll call you when it's time to replace the furnace or if I have any issues before then.

Well I write a lot of reviews for google because I go out probably way to much to eat and drink....nevertheless this review is one of the companies/products that actually deserve it, so much so I used my computer to write it. We got estimates from 5 companies -6 including our service plan provider for a new furnace. LaSalle was not the cheapest of all of them one other came in cheaper. But LaSalle provided the best answers and explained the process the best. My wife handled most of the meetings and one thing she noticed is that all of the companies except Lasalle kept asking does she need to wait to talk to her husband and didn't feel comfortable dealing with her. She really appreciated the respect Lasalle gave her. We ended up going with them and from the time they arrived they were purely professional.
Charlie did most of the talking and installing ...he was assisted by joel and max. Charlie was very knowledgeable and explained things in lay terms. They respected our home and didn't make a mess or damage anything. side note a big plus is they liked our dogs...a lot of service companies make you lock them up but they were cool with them being out in their home.
They showed us how to use and service our product. All and all we were very pleased with the company and product. They also have the best financing program we saw out of all the competitors if you were to need it. I recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys!

Our rooftop furnace went out last week at my place of business. I called Lasalle Heating and Air and within hours, they were out on the roof assessing the situation. Charlie told us we would need parts which may be hard to find (the unit was 25 years old) but that we should hear from him by the end of the day. Scott sent a quote to either repair or replace and my boss decided to go with a replacement. Max was out bright and early this morning and within a couple hours we were good to go! Lasalle's service and pricing is second to none. Great family business with people who know their business:) So glad I called Lasalle Heating and Air, thanks guys!

The very best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The most thoughtful and honest owner I’ve encountered. Our heat went out last year on New Year’s Eve. Scott was willing to come over that night to help. I told him if the problem persists in the morning, I’ll call. It did, and he was at my house in 30 minutes with space heaters to help until they could install the new furnace. Scott went above and beyond and was a joy to meet and work with. A+

Charlie came out today to fix our furnace. They were so fast and did everything perfectly. They caught a problem someone else had missed a few months ago. Absolutely wonderful customer service, quick, quality, and very good price. Thorough. Highly recommend them!

We had Scott the owner helping out his team on the day we got serviced. My husband had tried to fix our AC by himself and was feeling so defeated. Scott discovered that we were not familiar with the delay caused by the energy saver switch. So because the unit didn't start up immediately we thought it was broken. Anyhow... I didn't know we were dealing with the owner of the company. What a kind, helpful business owner he was. Waived the fee too! Thank you LaSalle, sorry I am very late in writing my review (but I didn't forget).

Is customer service important to you? Honesty and fair pricing? Look no further than LaSalle. For repairs and purchases that require a lot of specialized knowledge, you have to rely on the integrity of the service provider. Scott (owner) took great care of us. I'm confident your experience will be the same.

Our neighbor called LaSalle when the furnace went out in this cold winter. Scott came out and fixed the furnace within 10 minutes!! He is so kind and giving to our veterans and their families. I have been passing the "good word" on the service that this company provides to all my neighbors and friends. There are nice and dedicated companies and people out there!!

After our new furnace started acting up and our installer wouldn't return our calls. I called LaSalle to ask some questions. Scott was great. He helped me trouble shoot the problems and made some great suggestions. He was very helpful. Appreciated his help and if we should need help in the future I wouldn't hesitate to call LaSalle.
