Upon coming home one evening and realizing that our heat was not working properly, we called LaSalle Heating & A/C and they were out to our home within an hour. The owner, Scott, came by and resolved our furnace issue within 30 minutes. He gave me an excellent rate and the level of service was fabulous! We would recommend LaSalle to anyone who needs furnace service and will call them for future needs!

So pleased with LaSalle Heating & AC. Called on a holiday when our AC stopped working. A person (not a service or recording) answered the phone and sent a tech right away. We received an email with a photo and some personal and professional information about the tech coming to our home. We were back with functioning AC in no time. We heard about LaSalle from a recommendation, and I have already recommended them as well.

Great experience! We were new to the area and LaSalle came over for a furnace check/tune up. After the work was completed, Charlie took the time to review the function and application for not just the furnace but also the humidifier, air exchanger and zone heating system. His explanation helped guide us in managing all systems and how to best control them for each season. We will certainly use them again for our HVAC needs.

Charlie came out to service my furnace humidifier, he was friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He showed me exactly what was wrong and why it wasn't working. He replaced the part and showed me how to run the humidifier and what I needed to do to keep it in good shape. Charlie was excellent! A real professional. Charlie did a great job of explaining what was going on with our furnace and AC during a maintenance checkup. He did all he could to optimize the life that our 22 year old AC unit may have left. He took his time and explained everything he was doing in terms that I could understand without coming off as talking down to me. He didn't try to sell us on new equipment even though it is obvious that we need it. I was disappointed that it wasn't LaSalle's policy to have its techs wearing a mask or at least ask if we preferred they did.

This is the most exceptional company and group of people I have ever dealt with. Name any category: professionalism, personalities, promptness, patience, skill, experience, integrity, quality of product, advice, cost and the list goes on. They are the BEST! There is just no downside. Our very old furnace went out on a weekend (of course), did a google search and with 145 (5 star) reviews, I was on the phone with Max 2 minutes later on a Saturday, who most importantly provided me with all the reassurances I needed. Very very informative and helpful. He provide the greatest first impression of a company I have ever run into.

We have a geothermal heat source, but if temperatures drop severely it can't keep up. We use our gas furnace as a back up to it. Charlie came out on Monday and after talking to him extensively he came up with a plan and we had a new furnace on Wed. Otherwise it would have been Tuesday. They had to wait on my schedule. We have "issues" with our household that certainly made the physical aspects of their job more difficult - 3 large (too friendly) dogs, a detached garage, a fenced yard and a lot of doors to negotiate. Nothing but smiles from Cole and Ryan who did most of the heavy work. Even Max came out for a bit and I got to meet him. I have since read even more of the google reviews and trust me, nothing is exaggerated. These people, La Salle Heating and air conditioning, are simply the best. After meeting Charlie and Max, I wish I could deal with them for EVERY household issue that comes up, and as all homeowners know, far too many difficult issues do come up. This was by far the most exceptional experience I have ever had with a company. They manage to make what is not usually a happy experience for homeowners as stress-free an experience as it can possibly be. I will turn to them every time and tell anyone who asks, that La Salle is my first and last choice. My special thanks to especially Max, Charlie, Cole and Ryan for all that they did and for the many kindnesses they showed us.

I definitely recommend LaSalle Heating and Air Conditioning. I had issues with my furnace shutting off randomly which would lead to me waking up to a freezing house. Max came out and determined it was a bad flame sensor which he changed out and the furnace has been running perfectly ever since. Max was very knowledgeable and gave me a bunch of good information. Very happy with my experience and I will continue to use LaSalle in the future.

I tried several other heating and AC dealers. Scott came in person and was very helpful with our decisions. Our Bryant works very well but the very best part was when Charlie and Ryan came with the new unit, installed and both of the gentlemen were so very courteous and helpful as well and took the time to make sure I was familiar with the new equipment. You won't go wrong using this company!

I was EXTREMELY impressed with the service and professionalism of Lasalle Heating and AC! Our AC unit stopped performing on one of the hottest days this year. Even with a busy schedule, they still made every effort to get a technician out in less than an hour. Our air conditioner was fixed in no time and at a VERY reasonable price. We will definitely use Lasalle Heating and AC again and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area without question!

I called over the Thanksgiving weekend after normal business hours with a boiler problem. For some reason my repair request did not make it to the tech on duty. Scott called me and apologized after reviewing the message/call into the company. I had fixed the minor problem myself but still wanted to make sure that the repairs I did were correct. He offered to come out and do a complete tune up and check of the system for free. His son Max came out, checked and ran several tests on the boiler. All was fine and come to find out we had a lot in common in the fact that both of our fathers had started companies and we went on to follow in their footsteps. Not many companies have so many five star reviews and Scott's follow up call to me was huge and now I know the reason for all of the five star ratings. I know who I will hire when my 60 year old boiler finally gives up. Best wishes.
