Of all the things to wake up to, a carbon monoxide alarm has to be one of the most unpleasant. That is exactly what happened to my family last week, and when our furnace was red-tagged by our gas company, I immediate called LaSalle due to the highly positive reviews. Now it's time to add my testimonial.

Within an hour of first contact, Scott was in my home giving me an estimate of the job. I could not have asked for a more pleasant encounter given the stress of the morning. Scott was both personable and professional, and his estimate was more than fair for what we needed. He had his staff in our home that afternoon, and they had the new furnace installed that day. Like their boss, Max and Charlie were both courteous and proficient in their work, providing excellent service from the moment they walked into the door until the job was done.

My family can now rest easy thanks to LaSalle Heating, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Charlie to the rescue! Our furnace stopped working on Fri morning before a long holiday weekend and high temps of -10 in the forecast. Charlie was at the door within a half hour and worked hard to provide a solution (was a unique issue) that was cost effective. He was very friendly, helpful and even provided space heaters for the meantime!

Our furnace gas valve went out in the middle of a blizzard and LaSalle came through and did an excellent job. Max was prompt, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Prices were extremely fair as well. I would highly recommend LaSalle and will be calling them again for all my future needs.

I went off of the Google reviews when I chose LaSalle and here I am now leaving a 5 star review! We had our old AC die and our furnace was 33 years old, so Scott and his crew installed a new furnace and AC. They did a great job and answered all of our questions along the way. Thanks again!

Very friendly service, and the best part is he'll walk you through exactly what the problem is, why the problem occurred, and what the solution is. Also, he'll give tips on preventative maintenance, etc. if you're looking for that sort of information.

Without a doubt, you should use LaSalle Heating and Air. Whether it's a new install or repair, you'll be more than satisfied with their knowledge and craftsmanship.

Believe or not, LaSalle is the best for Heating and Air Conditioning. It is not only for their quality products, reasonable price but also for their excellent service.
I have the wonderful experience with them for more than 20 years, and they never turn me down. Whenever you got a problem, they are always there to help you. Just call them, you will be happy with that.

I called on a Monday morning about an air conditioner issue and I was promptly called back to schedule a service call. They tech was on site very quickly and resolved the issue while he was there. I could not be happier with their service!

I also purchased a new furnace and AC unit from LaSalle about 3 years ago. Their prices were very competitive and the units have performed very well. The left the work area neat and clean. Great job!

Big thanks to LaSalle and Max who came out. The furnace went out on Jan 27th and they were at my house within the hour - with indoor temps in the low 60's and outside air dipping below zero. He did a great thorough job to diagnose and explain to us what happened and the resolution. Will definitely use them going forward!

We live out in wlko, and had to call these guys on a Saturday. Our house had gotten really cold. Repair took 8 seconds so they graciously helped with the service call. He then taught me how to check some of the easy things, framed up how the purchase of a new furnace will go and taught me about the brands. Another competitor had installed a new air conditioning for us this past summer, and that technician told me brand didn't matter and he wasn't sure what they'd put in then they put a very cheap mode. I liked parallel a great deal
