Total lifesaver! I have infant twins and another young child. My heat went out when it was very cold and relocating to a warmer location would have been difficult. The owner came out quickly and went above and beyond to fix my furnace and make me feel at ease while he did the repairs. Not only are they a great company that does efficient work, but they truly care about people and doing the right thing. I cannot say enough good things about them! Thank you so much!

Other AC repair places said they had no one available for 2 weeks! What!? But someone from Lasalle came over first thing the next morning. He was super friendly and knowledgeable, showed me the problem and how to fix it (I just needed a new filter). And here's the best part; no charge he says for such an easy fix, but will come back later in the day if I have any more trouble. Thanks!

They are LIFE SAVERS! I had another company come out to inspect our broken AC, and they told me the repairs would be like $2300 and would be better to get a new unit. They also "included" a furnace inspection, and they told us we needed a new furnace too - over $9000 of needed work!! I called LaSalle, they said they could fix the AC with one part for a fraction of what the other place told me. Checked out the make and models of both the AC and the furnace and said we had a decade left until they need replacing! I am so thankful that I found them to give us a second opinion. Thank you thank you THANK YOU for being helpful and honest!

The owner himself came out to my house within 2 hours of my call, even on a very busy and hot day. He fixed the AC right away for a VERY reasonable price and was very friendly and professional. Also used these guys on a rental unit they came the same day and recharged the unit no problem. Highly recommended!

We have been so impressed with LaSalle heating and air over the years we’ve had our home. They have been so responsive and helpful when we’ve needed them and we purchased our AC and furnace through them because of it. Great customer service!! We've called twice, once for heat and once for air, and were able to get same day service. Max was great, gave good information and got us up and running both times. My AC quit. I called LaSalle about 1:55 PM and was told someone would be to my house between 3 and 5. Just before 3 the guy shows up, takes the cover off my AC, diagnoses the problem, switches out the parts and quotes me a fair price. I couldn't be happier. I called some other AC places first, and couldn't even get them to answer the phone on this hot, summer day. I'm very, very pleased with LaSalle. Thank you for the prompt, excellent service.
