Called Gordon's Heating and Cooling Serviceas soon as I saw a puddle of water in my basement. They got me in right away for an appointment. Smith came out and was super knowledgeable and respectful! He got straight to the point and figured out what the issue was. He addressed the issue right away, told me upfront how much it was going to be and fixed the issue right away. I highly recommend Smith and Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service!!

The day after I called, they could come out. Two days later, the technician corrected the issue and was quite cordial throughout. If it happens again, they even promised to give me some free service for my subsequent repair. I heartily endorse this business!

He expeditiously determined that the furnace sensor just needed to be cleaned. It all took less than 30 mins to fix. Simply amazing!!
