I have been a customer of Southside for several years. They are very customer orientated, and provide excellent service. And I want to give special recognition to Todd, who is the technician who always comes to our house. He is always helpful, friendly, answers all of our questions, and knows his stuff! He is the best!

Could not have had a better experience with Southside! Our AC went out before the hottest day of the year and they were able to fix it in 20 minutes. Extremely professional and prompt. Todd specifically went above and beyond. Walked us through every step in the process and displayed incredible customer service skills. Will not be going anywhere else!

Great experience with Southside - we will definitely be using them again. They were able to come out within a couple days and had the part to fix our air conditioner on the spot. Todd was our tech and he's fantastic!

We had Southside come out and give us a quote to replace our entire HVAC system and Mark was great to work with. He explained all the different tiers of Furnaces and AC units along with the benefits of each one. We had them install a new furnace, AC units, 4in hypo filter, humidifying system and thermostat. When they did the installation they laid down blankets over our floor so nothing was scratch and the finished product was beautifully done. Everything was properly sealed and cleaned up. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC systems.

I will be loyal customer for life! Mark was very patient, responsive and helpful (to both me and my dad on our several emails/calls)! And Todd and Richard did an amazing job--they replaced broken gas pipe, repaired the ducts, did AC maintenance, and still made time to answer my questions patiently and were super kind to my dog, who is also now their fan as well! Super trust-worthy, explain things to you, and really hear you out! Thank you for the EXCEPTIONAL service, i strongly recommend!! Keep it up!

Southside H&AC was a great company to work with. Owner was responsive when I called on the weekend. Todd came to my house during the week and was very professional and timely in his work, describing the issues with my furnace. I would recommend them to others and would call them again if I need.

As Murphy's Law goes, our A/C unit went out on the early stretch of a hot, humid set of MN summer days. Looking at the Google Reviews, I was glad to see this was a local business I could support who was rated highly for fairness, quality and overall value.

I do like to DIY stuff from time to time, but no amount of YouTube tutorials would have come through for me like the expertise Todd our technician had. He was able to identify the issue quickly and explain the reasons for our issue. The fix was fast, thorough and professional (and no up-sells or pressure).

I hope others put confidence in the Google Reviews like I did and have a similar experience. Thanks Southside - I'll be sure to call again when needed!

I talked to Mark around 4pm to give him info on the problem I had. He very kindly explained what he thought it was but assured regardless they’d get it fixed, and he had a tech scheduled for the following day at 2pm, which was wonderful!! Todd came not only on time but a little early! He was very respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. He showed me what he was doing and was very patient with my questions trying to learn! He even let my dog “help” and when he brought him a toy he played with him for a few minutes. He answered every single question I had, above and beyond what was needed. 100% will only use these guys moving forward. Prompt, considerate, kind, and efficient from start to finish. Don’t hesitate for even a second to book them! Thank you Mark and Todd!!

Southside Heating installed our new air conditioner. They were friendly, honest, and prompt. I would definitely recommend them for help with your heating or air conditioning.

Our older furnace failed, called Southside before they opened in the morning. They called me back right away and offered to have someone there within an hour of them opening for the day. They sent someone out and repaired the furnace for a fair price and did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. I will continue to trust and recommend this business.

Mark and the on-site workers did great work. We did a lower level remodel in which plans evolved a bit through the process. I would strongly recommend getting any change orders in writing. I waited a month after my initial email, questioning the price and never heard anything. When I emailed a second time, the owner did reply, but was defensive and did not offer any resolution.
