They were timely, respectful, did a good job installing my furnace and a/c, and they cleaned up after they were done. What more could one ask? Their prices are competitive and I like that they are a local business. I will continue to use their services.

This company refuses to do business in Minneapolis. I called to get an estimate on Air Conditioning installation in my home, and they told me they have decided not to business in the city of Minneapolis. I am flabbergasted. They said this was not due to an authorized dealer agreement or territory issue but it was "a management decision" for lots of reasons. They did not tell me that it was based on distance from their office nor was it a territory agreement based on a vendor. It is their preference not to work with Minneapolis.

I told them I feel discriminated against - the salesman said I shouldn't feel that way. But why shouldn't I? They discriminated against me because of where I live.

This is absurd.

Southside installed a new ac for my home, getting it sized right to help both the cooling and humidity. They also installed an on demand hot water heater. It let me find so much more room in my laundry room and I can take a shower now without having to adjust anything. Thank you Southside for making my home mine again.

Very professional technicians, knowledgeable, quick to figuring out and fixing my problem. Called me back right away the next morning after I left a message the night before when they were closed. Plus they have the best customer service.

Sales person was low pressure and informative. Prompt service with good detail of where costs were coming from. Installation and quote was prompt and on time. I have already referred a neighbor to Southside.
