Todd from Southside was on time, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Very low pressure and no trying to up sell us unessesarily. Would definitely recommend! He took the time to explain everything he inspected and gave us advice for our furnace in the future. Thanks Todd!

I moved into an older house and had an accident placing a new air filter. I called south side because the furnace had an old south side sticker on it. They walked me through how to fix it on the phone and saved me a call and deductible to a repairman. I don’t know how long it’s been since the services or sold this unit and they didn’t even ask! This kind of service And customer loyalty just doesn’t exist anymore and you have my gratitude thank you so much 🙏🏾

Excellent service from start to finish! Called about availability when my furnace went out they looked for any quick solutions first then sent out Todd a knowledgeable friendly service tech got the problem fixed quickly! Plus my dog loved him lol she is great judge of character! Thx guys!

Scored a fan with work on my Laundry room remodel.

I had a leak at the meter. Todd did an emergency meter repair. He came right over while Centerpoint gas was here. That saved me from having the meter tagged and shut-off. Then a few weeks later Mark and Todd came and relocated my gas line and swapped out my old, leaking valves.

Good work, accurate quotes and above all nice men.

Asked for tech to come out to add coolant to my system. Tech was at my house for 1/2 hour. Charges: $159.00 service call and $162.00 for 2 1/2 pounds of R410A @ $65.00 per pound. $321.00 Total. Expensive for such an easy service call. Checking around, I could have had the same service by others for $100 or less service call and $50.00 per pound for same refrigerant. Why such a premium price? I have no idea, but never again.

Thanks for your response. However, as petty as this may seem, I would like to clarify that I was home and the tech rang the doorbell once. My house is not that large to hear it and I responded.

As far as pricing, I just wanted others to see that they could get better pricing on a simple service call elsewhere.

My furnace wasn't working when it was -25 out. I called Mark in the morning and he made time out of his busy day to get the proper parts that were needed and help me out to get things up and running again. Very good price and quick. Would highly suggest them.

My experience with you was absolutely fabulous.

Our furnace stopped working and it was cold outside. The temp in the house was dropping rapidly.

Your people were at our house just as we were beginning to put blankets over our knees in the living room.

Turns out the two guys who came to repair our furnace were actually engineers who did not do service calls. But they said "The repair guys are running late and when someone has lost heat, we treat it as an emergency."

They had us up and running in short order. They were very nice, knowledgeable, well spoken, intelligent guys. And the cost of their labor was very reasonable.

I have Southside Heating and Air Condtioning on my bulletin board. They are certainly the first I will call when I need help.

Great Service! Although I do not know very much about furnaces - let alone repairing them, Southside Heating & AC made me feel comfortable in choosing to hire them. Over 7 hours after my initial call at 8am I was informed that they would be unable to fix my furnace that day. I had to make 5 total calls, 2 of which were never picked up. Apparently one of their technicians just doesn't answer his phone, and the other one who I did eventually get a call from was of no use other than confirming that my furnace was, in fact, broken, and that they would be unable to get out to fix it. I received no apology for the first tech's complete lack of communication, and no apology for their inability to get the work done. This is completely unacceptable for a business.

I've used southside in the past, but after this experience NEVER again.
