The nice lady who answers the phone, Patty, is an absolute delight, is very practical, and has a real can-do and helpful way of doing things. I asked for her advice on how to proceed with a problem, and she gave me a compassionate ear, and unvarnished wisdom.

She was then able to put me in touch with Barry, who, after meeting him, we will forever call “Super Barry”. He was able to fix the problem that another HVAC company had created. Plus, he was very kind in his explanations, worked quickly and efficiently, and was respectful of our space.

I believe I have found our new heating and cooling people. Will be happy to do business with them again.

I called Gopher Heating & Air after my furnace was red tagged by another local company for a crack in the heat exchanger. Gopher was able to honor a warranty core component replacement that other Lennox dealers were not aware of and had no ability to honor. I was impressed by this company from the very first phone call. They handled all the paperwork and replaced my furnace in 1 week after initial call. Installation was prompt and very clean. They even filed the warranty registration on my behalf which is very much appreciated. Thanks for the excellent service.

These guys ROCK! My AC stopped last night and others (service+) said it would take at least 2 days to get a tech out. Calling Gopher was the best call I made. They came out immediately and got my AC unit back up in running in a few minutes at a super competitive price. We are very grateful and will be using them for our needs in the future.

Dennis and Barry were fantastic to work with! We had the "other guys" out for a tune up and we were told "big leak somewhere" and "we'll have someone out tomorrow to set you up with a new unit." Our unit is only 8 years old so I knew something sounded off. I called Gopher and they came over a few days later. Barry was extremely professional! He made my stay at home wife and kids feel very comfortable. He explained everything clearly and switched up our two stage furnace to be utilized correctly with our one stage thermostat. He was efficient and got the AC tuned up correctly for a very competitive price. We will be using Gopher for all of our H/AC needs from now on! Thank you for the great customer service!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. This entire crew is absolutely wonderful!! Patty, Dennis, Barry, Josh, Matt, Ryan, and Sam were all absolutely phenomenal. Barry has been servicing my furnace for a few years and is extremely knowledgeable. Has always taken the time to walk me through everything and I've always felt that he treats my home as of it were his own.

When my AC broke down last week with 95+ weather, I also got the news that it wasn't salvageable. I previously was planning on upgrading the furnace later this year, it was just moved up the timeline given my AC. I did what any homeowner does and consulted and got proposals from 4 companies for a complete new HVAC system (AC + Furnace). I went with Gopher. Why? Because they were the only ones who provided me with this level of customer service. Their products (Lennox) are top tier. They made themselves available, Dennis went above and beyond to help get us through the severe heat. They took the time to explain everything to me in a crash course style, in laymen terms so I could make the best decision based on my needs. They are simply exceptional at what they do. Professional, dedicated, quality, honest crew. I'm a lifer with them and know I'll be taken care of in their hands.

They installed my new furnace and A/C on my home remodel and did a great job. The Mfg. initially sent a higher end furnace for the same model as ordered and they passed the savings on to me. I really appreciated that. I've had very few issues and they have done a great job on service when I did need it as well as tune ups. Very professional and high quality service.

My elderly parents were without AC during a heat wave, and when another company wouldn’t come out for 3 weeks, they were able to come out the next day. We've been customers of Gopher Heating for over 10 years. As long as we need HVAC services, we'll be doing business with Gopher Heating. They've helped us with everything from repairs to maintenance to installations and duct cleaning. They always do good work at a fair price. But even more important is they are responsive and ready to help whenever we have questions or problems. (Even after normal business hours.) There's a commercial on the radio that says "Now you have a friend in the diamond business." Well, working with Dennis and Barry and the team at Gopher Heating means we have friends in the heating and AC business. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

I contacted Gopher Heating and A/C about a furnace issue at my sisters home. I cannot thank your company enough for quickly coming out and repairing the issue, it was a big relief.
