Gopher Heating & Air Conditioning

I've used Gopher Heating for two major projects at our home now and family members have used them for a remodel. They're prompt, reasonably priced, easy to work with and very direct and honest about work that needs to be done. I've worked with Dennis primarily and he's got our business going forward as well as being my first recommendation to friends. Gopher Heating and Air is the best! Don't waste your time or money by going with another company in town - which is what I originally did. I called this other local company which had 1,500 reviews, 5 stars, highly rated, seemingly professional and they put a "band-aid fix" (their words) on my AC unit - it literally worked less than two hours. Then that company started to sell me a whole new AC and furnace package which would have costed me $10k - and that was their "sale" price - ridiculous. My uncle, who has worked with Gopher Heating and Air for his business and home for years, recommended I call them to have them come take a look. So I did. They were responsive, thorough and identified the part that was previous installed was done incorrectly - it was miss wired and wasn't fully screwed in properly which would have eventually shorted out and caused other issues. Please do yourself a favor and go with Gopher Heating and Air. They are professionals and do the job right.

They did a very through cleaning of my ducts and vents. While they were at it they found why I had low air flow from my basement vent's. They were able to quickly redo the furnace ducting to fix that the same day for a very good price. Very happy with all the work.

Ryan who helped me set up my humidifier install was very prompt and professional. John who installed the unit was fantastic! It was obvious that he enjoyed the work he does. Very informative and patient with my lack on knowledge. Also my 8 yr old daughter wanted me to thank him for the Cheetah joke she gets to use now! well done gentlemen! will be sending anyone your way if asked for a referral. If you own a Lennox furnace and it need repairs, this is the company you need to call. My furnace is 16 years old and I was having problems with zones and other normal wear of the system. After having two companies try unsuccessfully to fix the problems, I made sure my next call would be to an authorized Lennox repairman. The Gopher technician showed up exactly as scheduled and within minutes had diagnosed my problems and started the repairs. Three hours later my furnace was running like new and for a fraction of the cost previous repairmen wanted to repair or replace my entire system.

I called Dennis at Gopher Heating & Air Conditioning last night at 6pm with an air conditioning issue, the fan in the unit had stopped working. He had John one of his technicians out first thing this morning. John found the problem (a blown capacitor) within a few minutes and was able to replace. He also showed a me a few easy ways to keep the unit running well. Very happy with the response time, level of service and quality of work. The price was also way less than what I had initially thought. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Give these guys a call!

Had Barry came to my home to do a service call . He was very knowledgably and did a great job . Explained everything that was wrong and fixed in very timely matter .

Dennis and his crew saved us! Of course, our ancient furnace decided to give up the ghost, not only on a -double digit weekend, but Christmas weekend, to boot. Dennis came out after hours to help get it started to make it through the weekend and then scheduled us for the first appointment for a replacement. He even offered to let us borrow some space heaters, just in case. The guys did a great job and were very respectful of our home. Dennis had been great on a previous repair visit too, but this totally went above and beyond. You have loyal customers in us, after this.

In the middle of a basement remodel we ran into some ducting issues. Ryan and Dennis came out same day, assessed the situation and provided a solution. An estimate came next day which was very fair and work was completed the following day. The technicians were very knowledgeable, friendly and did an excellent job. Overall great experience from start to finish.
