These people are the bomb! Last winter in February, I returned from out of town to find my furnace shot (53 degrees in the house). Barry was out the next day...patched it up but warned me it was on it's last legs. Dennis came out and presented me with replacement options => no arm twisting, no hard sell. I picked one and it was installed within the week.

This year, my humidifier was shot. I sent them some pictures of the leak => again Barry was out same day and fixed it right up.

I would never go anywhere else for this stuff!

The service from Gopher Heating has been an exceptional value. They worked to resolve the problem, not to sell you another service. (which I've had other companies do. As a consumer WE trust the people we call on to fix the service problem to know best and have our best interest in mind) Gopher Heating took the time to explain what they are doing, and the best solution to the problem. I've personally replaced many appliances over the years and got a chance to watch their team work. Integrity across the board. They have our business from now on.

My air conditioning went out due to an equipment failure. The capacitor blew and needed replacement. I'm very handy and maintain my own equipment for the most part, so I thought about just replacing the failed part myself. However, after 17 years I figured it was time to get a checkup on the system and refrigerant levels, etc... I called Gopher because of their good reputation and these positive reviews. Normally I'm not the review type, but this time I simply had to leave one. They are definitely professionals that are indeed PROFESSIONAL. They listened, they called to confirm, they were on-time, they know their stuff, plus they did a top quality job. The technician Pat even provided some additional suggestions on changing my blower speed settings that I could do myself if I wanted. I suggest giving Gopher a call first and highly recommend them because of their professionalism, expertise, and integrity.

At first glance I was excited to do business with Dennis and his team, they were eager for my business, and were friendly and personable. After the initial visit however, it was delayed/no response, after another. Upon install, the crew was great and the overview of install was great. I had duct cleaning performed, which yielded great results. I did however, have to clean up a bit of sheetrock that wasn't cleaned up after they removed the registers for duct cleaning. The garage heater they provided/installed was damaged during transit, and they offered a credit for the damages, but this took almost a month to receive, not surprising with the very poor lack of communication. Overall, I am happy with the work performed, but the lack of communication has led me to not want to recommend this company.

This is a great company! I was working with one of their competitors and it was like pulling teeth to get a quote. I called Gopher Heating and Air Conditioning and had the quote next day. I had 2 options and after making a decision Dennis ordered the parts needed. I HIGHLY recommend this company! They provide excellent communication and follow through on what they say they will do.

Gopher installed a new furnace for us in June of 2010 and have been to our house for warranty work and repair (clean your coils, folks, that one was on me) over the years.

The folks at Gopher are responsive, friendly and great communicators. When they leave they make sure you are satisfied and have all your questions answered. Is a pleasure doing business with them and I recommend them to everyone.

Even though we had another maintenance service, we always called Gopher if we wanted something fixed quickly as well as correctly. When we needed to replace our furnace and air conditioning, it was a no brainer to call Gopher. Their service team removed the old equipment, brought in and installed the new, and left the access and work area tidy.
