This is the second time that we've interacted with LaSalle Heating this year: once in January for our furnace (it turned out to be a thermostat issue) and now in July, for our air conditioning. We've been very pleased with their quick response, accurate diagnosis and repair. After listening to our description of the air conditioning issues, Max and Cole knew immediately to check our outside unit. There they found a mouse nest, which they cleaned out, checked all the wiring and replaced the contact box. We would definitely call on this company again, for any future needs.

I was in need of a replacement furnace and a/c so I did my research and concluded that I would go with LaSalle Heating and Air. They have been in business in the Twin Cities for a long time and they understand which appliances work best and last the longest in this locality. From the moment I contacted them to the day of the install I was very impressed with how they responded to meet my needs. Their technician Max really knows his stuff. He helped me to understand things in a way that really made sense. He answered all of my questions and made me feel very confident that I had made all of the right choices. Max and his team showed up exactly when they said they would and I was able to track their location by using the mapping tools they provided to me. This made it very easy for me to see exactly when they would arrive. And I couldn't be happier with the results! My wife and I are extremely happy with our new furnace and air. I highly recommend the team at LaSalle heating!

Max was Great! Had us up and going in just a few minutes, replacing a capacitor that blew on a 9 year old AC unit. Gave our freon a quick test as well. We have had both our furnace and AC unit replace by LaSalle quite a few years ago and could not be happier. Great products and trustworthy staff.

Replaced a 19.5 year old furnace with a new Bryant high efficiency natural gas furnace and smart system thermostat. Added a new Lennox whole-house air purification system with the furnace. I also had a thermostatically controlled gas heater installed in our garage. Very pleased with Charlie and all three members of the installation crew. All very helpful and professional. Highly recommended!

I was impressed with the crew from LaSalle from the time of the quote. Charlie gave a great breakdown of the details (much appreciated) of what was needed and what equipment they wold use to get us the efficiency we were after. On the day of install Kevin and Miguel arrived in the time window we scheduled and got right to work. They worked efficiently, neatly and answered any questions I had. I believe them to be a good value for money offering quality service.

Max and Cole did a great job installing my new furnace and a/c. Handled a few unexpected items quickly, but thoughtfully. The setup looks like they took great care in getting it “just so”, and took initiative to handle things I wouldn’t have thought they would (sweeping up utility space, moving the drain hose to look and function better) Max was thorough when he did the walk through of the new setup and left me with zero questions. Scott met with me initially and was also great to work with, could’ve easily over sold me, but didn’t. And Kenzie in the office has handled a ton of my phone/email inquiries quickly and very pleasantly. All in all, glad I chose LaSalle and hope for much of the same in the future!

I did my homework and read several other companies’ reviews before I called LaSalle. LaSalle was highly rated and friendly over the phone so we had them come out and provide an estimate. Now, I’m joining the other reviewers to tell you JUST how fabulous they are. Scott (the owner) and his two sons came out on a Saturday to install an A/C unit because we were expecting temps in the mid 90’s for the long Memorial holiday weekend. They were prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, caring, honest, and just downright the nicest folks you’ll ever meet. On top of that....FAIRLY PRICED. Hands down, this should be your ONLY call for heating and cooling needs! Customer for life.

In November LaSalle replaced our furnace and recently replaced our air conditioner. The service people were professional and knowledgeable and completed both jobs efficiently. Charlie provided instructions on how to run both units clearly and easy to understand. We definitely would recommend LaSalle's team to anyone needing heating and air conditioning repair or replacement. Even though they aren't the cheapest, they are definitely ethical, knowledgeable and provide expert service to their customers.

I can not thank LaSalle enough for saving us what could have been thousands of dollars to repair.

We had another company out to tune up our furnace because it had not been looked at since living in our current home. This other company leave us with a quote of repairs between $1,100-$3,000, red tagged our furnace and turned off the heat while I had young children in the house and then left.

My father who is a contractor said to get another opinion so my husband looked around and found LaSalle who services on Bryant (brand we have). I gave them a call and told them my situation. I wasn't expecting to get someone out until the next day but the gentleman who was so kind told me they could get someone out by 3pm, I was so grateful for this!

My husband came home from work early to discuss with the technician from LaSalle. We handed the paperwork that the other company gave us and right away he said something didn’t seem right. The technician went on to take a look at the furnace and my husband stayed down there to discuss things and make small talk (unfortunately I do not remember our technicians name but he was super cool about everything and was bluntly honest).

After looking into more what the other company was quoting he said your furnace is working properly for being 16 years old and there was NOTHING wrong with it. He did say it might be a good idea to get a new furnace but didn't pressure us to getting one right there and then; something down the road to think about.

Overall, I am very happy that they saved us and gave us the absolute honest opinions and not trying to sell us anything. LaSalle is a company I will recommend to those looking into doing a fine tuning and small repairs. I can not thank you guys enough.

Charlie and Ryan came out today because our AC unit was not turning on. They were both prompt, professional, and it was very clear they knew what they were doing. Most businesses do their job and move on to their next appointment but Charlie took the time to explain to me how to maintain our unit, showed me his methods and took time to answer questions that I had about how to not let this situation happen again. It is clear to me that LaSalle Heating and Air Conditioning is in the business of helping people and empowering them to understand their systems. They will always be the first to call with an AC or furnace issue in this home and I will recommend them every single time I'm asked about which company I trust. Thank you both and to the company for raising the standard on integrity in your industry. We sincerely appreciate it.
