During the heatwave (Week of June 7th) when no other company would and I bet I called over 20! They made time for me! My air conditioner died and it reached over 100 in the house. They made every effort to fix my air, even calling the manufacturer. It was not meant to be. They were able replace my air the same week and had a great finance option! The tech's were great!

Of course we had an air conditioner go out one of the hottest days in August, in a panic I called a friend asking for a referral he suggested LaSalle Heating and Air Conditioning. He stated they are a great company and will treat you right. I called in a panic, spoke with Kenzie. She had a person their the next day. Unfortunately, the air conditioner had seen its better days. After communicating with Scott the owner we decided to replace the air conditioner and furnace because of some good rebate options available and they both had seen better days.

This was going to take a few days so they immediately brought in portable air conditioning units to cool the house down. They installed the new furnace and air conditioning unit professionally and efficiently and all is working great. Now we have to deal with getting the rebates. Kenzie was so helpful and produced everything that I needed and I was able to get the rebates. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND LASALLE!! Curt A

Very professional and responsive! Max and Charlie are the BEST! Even with busy schedules Max came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. Kenzie was able to get Charlie scheduled to meet up with home contractor and fix the leak and get the air conditioning up and running!! Thank you to the whole team at LaSalle.

A BIG THANK YOU to LaSalle Heating.. our furnace went out late yesterday and I called and they sent Charlie out in less than 1 hour! He found the issue, fixed it and also gave us great winter tips. Charlie was super friendly, and professional. With the weather being so very cold, We appreciate business's like you that come thru to make sure we were warm . I also appreciate that what you quoted me, is what you charged. I will definately be calling you again if I have a heating/cooling issue. Thank you!!

I don't write reviews, but Scott and Max were fantastic! I called Scott on a Monday morning, and less than an hour later, he was at my house with a diagnosis for my air conditioner. Due to age, I decided to replace the furnace and air conditioner. Two days later, Max had my system up and running and did a great job! He explained everything from operation, maintenance, rebate and warranty information and stayed until all my questions were answered. They are highly focused on customer service and it shows!

Wow! I was so impressed with Lasalle Heating and Air and their exceptional customer service skills. After MANY horrible exchanges with my home warranty company regarding my furance, I finally gave up and contacted Lasalle Heating and Air to see if they would come take a look at my furnace to give me an educated opinion about what needed to be done (it was old and not igniting). I wasn't getting a straight answer from the representatives that were being sent to me from my home warranty company and with something like a furnace, I needed to know the truth. It is a matter of safety.

I called Lasalle at the recommendation of a friend who had recently used them for a furnace and AC install and had been pleased. When I called to set up the appointment just for someone to come look at it, the person that answered the phone was a delight. He easily was able to schedule someone to come out the next morning at 8:00 a.m. Charlie arrived and was instantly personable. I shared the horrible experience I had already had and he certainly showed sympathy that I had already had to deal with such incompetence from the other company. He didn't need much time to determine that my furance was shot. He explained much of the problem to me in regular English so he was sure that I understood.

He sat me down and explained my options and gave me detailed estimates for a brand new system. He told me that he certainly would understand if I wanted to get other estimates, but if I chose to go with them, all I needed to do was to call them and they would set it up. I spent no time or energy getting another opinion. I immediately knew this was the company that I wanted to use.

The day of the install, Charlie and Max showed up to do all of the work. They were both super personable, polite, professional and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. They had my new furnace and AC all set up in a matter of a few hours. They showed me how to use the new system as well as showing me that they had posted information and their phone number right near the new furnace should I have any additional questions. The entire time they were in my home, they felt like family.

Both Charlie and Max made what could have been a miserable experience a delightful one. I have never written a review for anything before, but I absolutely felt the need to express my gratitude and appreciation through this review. If you have any heating or AC needs, you NEED to contact Lasalle. You will receive nothing less than stellar customer service!!! Thank you SO much!

I had a 37 year old furnace start having issues on Thursday..by Tuesday the next week I had a new furnace installed. Great workmanship and friendly. If you want a fair company I would recommend Laslle!!
