EXCELLENT WORK, EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS.
THERE CREW WAS ON TIME, COURTEOUS, GAVE ME EXPERT ADVICE. THEY FINISHED ON TIME, MADE SURE THERE WORK WAS COMPLETE. CLEANED UP THE WORK AREA . ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND WENT OVER EVERYTHING THEY DID WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.

R & L's crew arrived on time. They were friendly and courteous, wore masks and cleaned up before they left. They were in and out in just 7 hours, including the removal of our old heating system. I recommend their service! We're been using R & L for over 20 years.

My family has been using R & L Heating and Cooling for years to do the maintenance on my parents HVAC system.
Recently, during the 90 degree weather my parents A/C system quit blowing cold air
Called R & L to come out and evaluate the problem and it turned the A/C system was bad and it needed to be replaced.
When evaluating the furnace, they discovered that the hot water tank was bad as well.
My cousin who is a realtor advised me to replace the furnace as well since it was over 25 years old
R & L came out and gave us a quote and we accepted the price and they replaced everything the next day.
They did everything they said they would do.
They arrived on time and completed the job in one day as they said they would. They also made sure the furnace room was cleaned up as well
A few days later I received a call from their office letting me know that we might qualify for some rebates and Barb help me complete the application over the telephone

We had a new furnace and A/C unit installed in July of 2020. The team that did the work was very professional and everything was installed in a timely matter. We are very with the installation. Even the people in the office are a delightful to talk to. We would highly recommend this company.

This company is the best they are all helpful and came to my rescuse when they were booked solid because of extreme heat. I take care of brother who is 75 and has COPD my ac quit and I called some how a wonderful lady named Mary helped me in this situation. She had been there for me several times. The workers are pleasant and and courteous , cleaned up after they were finish. I highly recommend R&L Heating and Cooling.. They also installed my new hot water tank after the major flood last year here in Dearborn Hgts. when DTE wouldn't because I wasn't signed up with them and their home warranty contract.

My air conditioner stopped working. I called R&L to come out to see what’s wrong.
The guy that came took my air conditioner apart took the fuse to my outside unit he took the screws off and left it unscrewed
Told me I needed a new air conditioner nothing could be fixed. A new unit will cost me 4000
I had another company come out
My air is now running I needed a new condenser for the motor
R&L said it’s done nothing could be fixed
I paid the 125 dollars for a service call
Before you go with their new units get a second opinion

R&L are a great and honest company. I called for furnace service and was given free advice to try to fix it myself before they sent anyone out. It turned out to be something more than what i could do so i called for service. It was a cheap repair and they were at my house within hours of the call and the furnace back on in 30 mins. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks R&L

I have used this company for years in my last 2 homes. They are great. Very reliable, on time, clean up very well. They are pleasant from office to sales to technicians. Their work is impeccable. Will continue to use them as long as I have a home.

Have used these guys ever since we purchased our home they have come and done some routine checks for me on AC and Heater. But just today I had a problem, and they said try this first before we come out and it will cost you money. Well it worked, it's fixed and I spent very little. These guys are the best they will always put their customers first and think of the best way to help me every time. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
