R&L installed my AC unit last summer, they were very timely and competitively priced. What I really loved about them was that when it stopped working this summer they sent Todd over same-day to inspect and repair it. It turned out to be a simple electrical issue and they didn't charge me anything for it and Todd was extremely professional and prompt. I'd absolutely recommend this business to a friend/family member.

Five guys showed up to replace my HVAC system and install new duct work. They were very courteous and responsive to my questions. They had the job done in a day and half !! I love my new system. Thank You

Had a new furnace and AC installed maybe 8-9 years ago but there was an issue where it was rusting from the inside. R&L came out, their rep took some pictures and contacted the manufacturer, who sent them/us a replacement unit. This morning they are installing a new furnace for us.

Great customer service and went above and beyond resolving an issue with a defective thermostat. They were on time and installed new A/C professionally and service/install team were all very good. They left a clean worksite and explained what they did as well as providing us with a couple of tricks to keep our new unit well maintained. Would recommend them and plan to use them again if needed.

I have used R&L many times over the years for routine inspections and service. This time was to replace my furnace.

Called at 8:00 am with no heat - quoted new system by 9:30 ,installed by 2:00 next day - runs like a champ . Crew is very professional , answered all my questions , cleaned up hauled all the old takeout parts away . Top notch work , could not ask for a better job . Management of R&L is the best to deal with quote - finance - one stop shopping . 96 % furnace is super quiet .house feels much warmer with humidifier working properly .
Previous installer didn't have it hooked up correctly . So R&L has a life long customer !!
