Chris, Rich, and Jeff did a significant job installing my new air conditioner, furnace, and thermostat. The 3 of them were very respectful, answered a lot of my questions and concerns, and were very efficient with their work ethic. I would highly recommend R & L Htg & Cooling. Very professional!

The quality of this companies work is truly remarkable! The professionalism of the staff is Top Notch! Especially the technician, Chris, that installed new thermostats for my wife’s brand new business. He is what I would consider the benchmark of HVAC technicians!

Very poor service. Improperly installed my furnace caused the entire interior of the furnace to rust within 90 days. Refused to come out and look at it without changing a service charge. Then refused to replace it despite it being completely their error.

Despite the owners responses R&L Heating & Cooling is absolutely the correct company that installed my furnace incorrectly and refused to correct the mess they made.

I needed 2 furnaces certified for city inspection and several companies I called were 3-4 weeks out on scheduling. R&L came out the next business day at the very beginning of the time window provided and Jason was very polite and professional.

This spring had a complete HVAC system installed., and everything was great. From the estimate, to completion all good. The crew was great, worked so hard all day...and there was alot of work to be done. removed the old beast furnace, and put in nice new Lennox equipment. The office took care of all the paper work for me, Warrenty/rebate info etc... They answered all my questions...made it real easy on me. It was a big decision to get this type of home improvement, and im very glad i call R@L heating@cooling. Thanks Guys!

Had a great experience with R&L recently. My HVAC is 16 years old and hasn't been functioning great. I reached out to R&L and had them over fix the problem. They literally found a dead bird in my furnace! It was part of the problem. They also did some general maintenance and have my heat working great! Very happy with their service and pricing.

R & L Heating & Cooling is a very family friendly company willling to go above and beyond! The young technician, Chris, was extremely courteous, friendly and patient with me as a senior citizen who's not familiar with all of this "complicated language"! lol. I will definitely use R & L Heating & Cooling again and will personally request Chris! Keep the great workers R & L!!!

Furnace certification service. They were able to come out within a few hours after I had a last-minute cancellation with another company. Very professional staff. I highly recommend.
