Very good friendly service, answered any questions I had and they were lower priced than other heating and cooling companies. I would recommend this business to anyone interested in a good product! The installation of our furnace was great.

Make sure you read the owners maintence manual, in which I was just told I should have read! Just like you do so you know to empty your dryer lint catcher, very unprofessional responses to any questions asked. I have a cracked drain pipe in a attic installed unit that has led to water leaking through my ceiling, I called R & L and was told I can blow out the drain line could be a spider web blocking the pipe. I blew it out and vacuumed it out as well, still had the major leak the next day! Upon further search and inspection, I found the drain pipe was cracked. So, I guess it was on me to blow out the drain pipes. Just remember buyer beware....
By the way you can not review without leaving a minimum of one star!

Well I guess the review continues now that the owner has responded, the paperwork you dropped off clearly shows a x'd line for intials to indicate that I was instructed to call for final inspection and to read owners maintence & warranty info. Hmm, no intials there ??? The cracked pipe is clearly from residual water setting in the drain pipe which was installed without proper pitch, and probaley froze and cracked the pipe! When I called there was only advice given as to what I could do to service my unit,
nice attempt to spin the truth I wasn't wanting nothing for free, but you could not even give me a window of time as to when someone could come out! Its all good now as I found a company to resolve the issue of improper installation.

R&L is the best at what they do with furnace and ac. Called on a Sunday, furnace was out, came out within the hour and repaired the problem quickly. Great job

Super good job great crew . Had my ac unit replaced they not only installed it a day early and took less then 2 hours to install.
