On Tuesday, I called R&L Heating and Cooling because my furnace went out. Within hours they were out to see if they could repair it. Since it was not repairable, Andy came out later that day for an estimate for a new unit. Wednesday morning the crew was there to put the new HVAC in for me and get us heat! Russ, Steve, and John all did amazing work and I am grateful that in less that 24 hours we were able to get scheduled and an install! Everyone was great and they come HIGHLY recommended! I cannot thank everyone enough for taking care of this for my household!

I had a new furnace put in Eric and Michelle came out and had my old one out and my new one in in no time and answered all my questions that I had they were both very perfessional and worked until it was completely done thanks to you all...
Lost our power due to weather and power lines but when everything came back up had no issues with the new furnace thanks again

My experience was horrible and exactly like the lady Tonya in a prior review. They came out on a thurs and diagnosed and ordered part for heater. Saturday part was installed and now furnace doesn’t work at all!!! (Mind you furnace worked prior to install just temp in house would not go over 70 degrees). Also I’m getting an error code now as well that won’t go away. I was told they would get back with me Monday day 5 of being in the cold. Well Monday comes and was told we can’t fix call this other company and we will bring you check back. Also service tech Todd cursed at me when I asked him to fix a ground wire that he had cut and just left it like that. Also company they referred doesn’t even work on residential homes. Thx R&L for this horrible experience!!!

Have to say that Mary, Andy, Mike, Alan, and Russ were all very helpful and professional through out the whole process. I had called around for a while for AC install/repair quotes and nobody can beat R&L’s customer service. Highly recommend them to anyone!

They were very polite and professional when I called to set up an estimate. Andy, one of the the owners came out to provide an estimate. He was extremely friendly and took his time going over the details. What I also appreciated was he had mentioned something about my chimney flashing and said that he would have one of his guys take care of that for no extra charge. The install went relatively smooth. I had Rick, Jeff & Alan come out and they took time to put down a plastic tarp because my basement is carpeted. Alan also took the time to go over the warranty in great detail and answered any questions I had. A day or two later I did have a question & .called the office and spoke with Kathy.
She was also extremely friendly & personable. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service and cost for my new Lenox a.c.,& I would definitely recommend R.L. Heating & Cooling!
