We received a quote from RL Heating that was over 25% higher than the highest of the other 3 quotes we received. When we called to ask for clarification we were told to expect a bill for the "service charge"

Worst company to deal with asked them to give me an estimate on doing a mini split in my house Andy told me they wouldn't bid on the job because a mini split wouldn't work and he just wasn't interested because he had to deal with the city of Lincoln Park due to us getting a rehab loan for an emergency furnace so now I have to wait another 2 weeks to get Ann estimate meanwhile my three year old daughter suffers in the cold

Had furnace and ac put in .couldn't ask for a better job .price was good too .would recommend them for sure
