R & L Heating & Cooling

My furnace went out on a Monday and I had a brand new one up and running again by mid morning Wednesday of the same week!!! Called other companies and couldn't even get an estimate scheduled. Andy came over explained the process, what we were getting and when. Very happy with R and L. Will be my first call from here on!! Repairmen were respectful of my home and understanding and flexible. We had a piano delivered the same day and they were accommodating to the movers without hesitation.

Came in the same day to give us an estimate and the installation was done the following week. They worked quickly and left the place clean. Very satisfied with the installation and costumer service. The guys were friendly and helpful and answered all questions. Highly recommend them. Great quality and reasonable price.

We have used R&L for a number of years for our furnace check ups each year. When it came time for a new furnace and AC I didn't check with anyone else. They are professional, on time, knowledgeable on their products and installation. Went over the entire new system after installation. I would recommend to anyone else and they are local!

Not even a month into living in my new house and you know what happens on the coldest week of November? Yep, the 30 year old furnace decided to kick the bucket on us! Not an entirely unexpected situation, but stressful none the less.
That stress is exactly why I'm so pleased to have gone with R & L for replacing it! From my very first phone call with Marge, to meeting with our estimators and then finally the installation crew, everyone was so very friendly and professional throughout the whole process that it really helped ease my frustration about the whole thing. Seriously, what a wonderful crew!

They were also able to accommodate us on such a timely schedule too. From our first call to the day of installment, everything was wrapped up neat and tidy within a single weekend. Which is not bad at all considering how busy a season this is for furnaces to up and die on people!

Another accommodation I greatly appreciated was their financing options, which they offer through Ally Lending right on their website. Like I mentioned, I've barely been in my new place a month so the funds were just not there to pay it all up front. Our payment plan is super solid in terms of our finances, and there's no fees for paying it off early which is another bonus.

There was no mess left behind after they put our new furnace in, and the one gentleman, I want to say his name was Mike (I hope I'm remembering it right!) took the time to point everything out to me about it, like how to operate it, common troubleshoot fixes including our breaker box and duct valves, and even the updated features on our new thermostat. Not also was this thoughtful, but he did so in a way that was genuinely helpful and not in a talking to me like I'm too dumb to get it kind of way, which you sometimes get as a young woman dealing with these sort of repairs. So that was cool!

All in all, I cannot recommend this wonderful family-owned and operated business enough. You'll save good on your money, and on your nerves if you go with them. And as always, SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESSES!

Called on service Monday . They came out and needed a part , Service guy called Tuesday nite to tell me part wouldn’t b in Wednesday morning and he would get back with me when it came in. Today is Saturday and I still haven’t heard from anyone.. my first time using them and my last time.
