R & L Heating & Cooling

R&L is one of the best HVAC companies around. Responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Wish I could give them 6 stars and would not hesitate to call them out for service again. I used them for many years with no issues and was hesitant about staying with them after I found out that they were under new ownership but I am surprised to say that they are even better than before. Very impressed with the new management!

My furnace was acting very strange. Call R&L heating and cooling and service advisor came out Andy he was very professional and his team of technician showed up took care of the job so well that I clean the floor myself. What do you think of that ?

R & L did an amazing job replacing my hot water tank and furnace. It was no easy task as my house is on a slab and those items are in a small closet. They were on time and very professional. They were able to give me a bundle deal and will be replacing my central air in the spring. They are very affordable and even cleaned up everything. My house was left just as clean as it was before they started. I definitely recommend them. All of them were very knowledgeable and you could tell they are very experienced. My furnace broke in the middle of winter and they were able to come out the next night. You won't regret using them.

We had a new air-conditioning system and a new furnace installed by R&L and they did a fantastic job. The service techs were very professional and worked together to get the job done in a timely manner. My husband asked a lot of questions and they took the time to answer his concerns before they started the job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Kevin came out and serviced our air conditioning unit, on a day they were fully booked. He was professional, kind, and very fast.

The best experience with R&L for my commercial HVAC installation. At a time when it’s hard to come by units they had them within days and installed a week later. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and gained my complete trust for future maintenance. Definitely can’t go wrong with R&L.

Noticed our furnace wasn't working correctly following the ice storm that knocked our power out for a few days. After asking around and with a high recommendation, I called R&L Heating and Cooling. They were able to come out the same morning to take a look at the furnace. Unfortunately, the part to repair the furnace had to be ordered, but as soon as the part was available they made their way back out that day to install it. Very friendly and professional, with great prices. Happy to recommend them and do business with them in the future!

I didn’t know what to expect when searching for HVAC maintenance. Like most people, I was carelessly living by the “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” motto. Enter R & L. Not only were they prompt (I received a link to track the service technician’s GPS so I could beat them home from my Target run vs having to sit home for a three hour window) but they were extremely knowledgeable and able to educate me on the air quality and safety of our home. R & L made me a better human that day. I will “breathe easier” knowing this American, family-owned, local company is available at a moment’s notice whether in an A/C out 90 degree day-crisis or just to ensure everything continues to flow the way it should. Highly recommend.

Jason arrived promptly and found the issue with our a/c unit immediately. He was able to replace the needed part on the spot and is extremely professional. We will definitely be going to R & L for all our HVAC-related issues.
