Theses gentlemen, Jerry, Cody and Jason came the very next day with the proper size condenser, condenser coil, humidifier, etc. They were done in no time. MCS came and replaced out hvac system after a basement flood. The whole team took great care of us with quality work and a great price. Even months afterwards they worked to get us every rebate they could. The leg work to get said rebates was done by them and they chased down every dollar. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!! No cheap/cut corners here we definitely got what we paid for and are extremely satisfied. They even went the extra mile to work around our kids schedules ( this was extremely important to us as we have 2 kids that are special needs) great job!!

The professionals at Michigan Comfort System company has provided the best customer service and explained all the details of installing a new central air conditioner unit in my home. Also, they provided easy application for financing and I highly recommend them for all HVAC needs.

We called for a service appt bc the air wasnt cold. He told me my freon was full and my ac unit needed to be replaced. He gave us an estimate. A day later we called another company for a service appt/estimate, we were told our freon was low and just needed to to be filled. The unit works and is blowing cold air. Upsetting I lost $95 for a service fee and was lied to. Also spoke to some neighbors on our local fb page who have had the same poor experience. Wondering where all these 5 star reviews came from.

Edit: the unlawfulness regarding the freon was never explained to me. All that was said was he felt the unit needed to be replaced because of the damaged condenser by the previous owners dog. I was told my freon was full which it wasn't. Whether or not a company would feel comfortable filling it up would be up to them. Thank you

Jay and his team are amazing. Our heat went out right before getting single digit Temps. Jay made sure to make time to get our heat running temporarily so we didn't freeze over the weekend.
