My New Air Conditioner stopped working on a very Hot Day-(Frozen Coil) I called 911 who did the installation. I talked to the Service Manager Mike, He told me, he would be out to look at the problem that afternoon. I was surprised to get same day service on a very Hot Day! When Mike arrived he was very professional and courteous.He assessed the problem and thoroughly explained the adjustments he would be doing to fix the problem.I now know Air Flow is very important! Mike did an Excellent Job and 911 Stands by their Work

Great job by Edward. I greatly appreciate him letting me observe him and he explained what he was doing. Not sure however if it's company policy to not inspect the heat exchanger or clean the blower motor or cage but I would have liked to have seen that done. Overall I am pleased with the service.

I have had two technicians from here to service my AC for they are the company DTE uses to service my area. Both technicians were very nice. The issue I have is my probably was a loud noise from the furnace and frost around the hose of my compressor. The frost would come and go. The noise was not present when the tech was here but the frost was. They stated they needed to order a part for what they believe the issue is. The bigger issue is we now with these hot temperatures have no air...I pray they rush and come back first thing Monday morning. The heat is going unbearable especially since I’m working from home.

Ladies in office very helpful! My HVAC wasn’t working, hot day with 3 kids moved my appointment up a day. Service technician on time knowledgeable and had ac up and going in no time. Also, kept his mask on entire time!

Eric is professional, friendly, very informative, answered questions & explained his answers. Also gave advise regarding air filters & explaining humidifer system until i understood how it worked re: season's. Very appreciated & wore a mask also very appreciated. Excellent job!!😁

I hired this company April of 2019 . I inform them on the initial phone call I had a boiler. I made an appointment. They arrived on the day of appointment and the tech, eric, who came did not know boilers. Eric got me in touch with his boss Mike, the service manager and then he left.
I spoke to Mike and he explained to me that it would be $500 to replace the part plus labor and that would not even fix the problem that would just get them running to where they could figure out what the problem was. He stated that he was upset at his technician for not charging me another $70 for looking at the boiler. He also told me my boiler was from 1968.
I decided not to have it fixed until fall since we were coming into summer.
Over summer I spoke with several people about it and found someone who would come take a look at it . This person showed me the manufacturer tag stating my boiler is from September of 2001. He then proceeded to check a few things... he left, bought a $23 part, came back and put it on in less than 20 minutes and I was up and running.
I'm very disappointed at 911 Mechanical,
I'm a single person on a fixed income, it was shameful to have them try to scam me.
I do not normally write reviews I felt this time was very important to make people aware of the type of business 911 Mechanical does.

the reason for giving one star is because they might did OK Job when replacing my air condition ( not sure 100% because I only used it for the month of September ) .
the last job they did early March for me by cleaning my duct which I paid them 325 dollars of 1400 Seq feet house ( they took advantage of me because of my 4 years old son whose asthma flared up suddenly ) ... what a shame taking advantage of their own customer .... they left many ducts behind with out cleaning, first they said they did not see them !!! and later they were like oh ya oh yes we cleaned them.
they left a switch in my furnace off , so it was only giving cold air. it was 15 degree out side , the temperature in the house went down to 59 in 2 hours after they left. When I called them , they said they will send me a technician to the house NEXT DAY and will charge me 150 dollar if it is not their fault ( are you kidding me ??? and would you really trust them any more to do work in your house ) , I had to run to store and buy a heater and I borrowed another heater from my mom to keep my house warm,
The good thing I have Gold plan with consumer energy , who they stepped up for me and came very early next morning to fix their mistakes.
there is too many heating and cooling companies and definitely this one is not on my list any more.
I do not recommend them to any one.
