The entire experience was excellent from the estimate to install. We're very pleased with our new HVAC system and it has made a significant difference. The team was polite, professional, and experts at their jobs.

While using my home warranty service for HVAC repair, they sent a contractor that gave a wrong diagnosis and refused to return my calls for days. Plus I was charged $ 75. I waited 1 week with no air.

I have used 911 Mechanical before and I saw their magnet on my furnace. I reached out for an estimate, told them my situation, set an appointment, and my AC was fixed!
Where as the other company told me that it was the motherboard ($700), this company diagnosed it as a bad contact switch ($95 ).

911 Mechanical was very proactive and professional in scheduling a specific time slot (first appointment between 8-9 a.m.) for a HVAC system repair. Edward Barry called ahead the morning of our appointment to confirm time of arrival and was very thoughtful in wearing shoe coverings to keep our floors and carpet clean. He fixed exactly what he came to do and we are very satisfied!

They had a solution, the materials and installed it right away (correctly!). Seriously love the service and responsiveness and Ben was awesome with the hot water heater! Highly recommend!
