Had a rep to come out to give me estimate on a furnace and air it has been a year now no reply said they was going to get back with me nothing

We don't know what happen. But another rep came out gave me an written estimate the same day I will recommend 911 mechanical heating I will give them a five star

911 Mechanical does the majority of our heating and cooling needs. The techs are on time or early and professional. Work is always clean and never sloppy.

My water heater broke right before Christmas Eve. I called 911 mechanical and Ed and Keith showed up to my home. They ended up needing a part to install the water heater, so they had to visit several stores to find it despite terrible road conditions. I was nervous that I’d be without hot water for several days due to the Christmas Holiday. These gentlemen worked tirelessly to install my new hot water heater and it turned out great. I can’t thank them enough! Highly recommend 911 mechanical!!!

We had a new furnace, air conditioner and thermostat installed. The technicians were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and completed the work in only 1/2 day. They did a great job cleaning up and removing the old furnace and A/C. I would highly recommend 911 Mechanical. They did excellent work at a very competitive price.

911 came out after my 31 year old AC unit went out. Changed capacitor and unit started but didn't last. Installed a new unit and were extremely professional. Cleaned everything up after and installed all new coil and wiring around my 30 foot arborvitae after I removed one of them. Could not be more pleased with everything. Will highly recommend them and obviously will always use them if needed in the future if there are any more emergencies. Bill, Trevor and Joe were great. Eddie has always responded quickly and professionally, going above and beyond every time.

Chris, the technician, was all the things a good tech should be. He called to give an arrival time and was prompt. he introduced himself, and was congenial. Putting on shoe protectors showed respect for my property. He understood the problem and quickly made corrections, showing me, and explaining the situation. He addressed all of my concerns. He is no. 1 on my list if I should need any more service.
