Absolutely incredible service. They replaced upstairs and basement furnaces, ac coils, and compressors. Extremely knowledgeable quote followed by an awesome team of 4 that knocked out the work in one day. Very respectful of our home and took great care when moving the equipment. I had to rush over to the hospital due to my wife needing an emergency surgery during the install. When I returned, the work site outside was cleaner than when they came, doors which I had removed were rehung, and everything was in its place. I was so impressed. Quality of the work from the fittings, exhaust piping, to the duct routing and sealing is top notch. When I checked my electricity consumption, both new AC units running was less than one of the old units. Huge improvement! And quiet! Bottom line: This company does a great job at hiring, training, and retaining top professionals and they will do an incredible job for you. I am very happy that I chose them to conduct the work. Highly recommend!

The technician was on time. He correctly diagnosed the issue, left briefly to pick up the necessary replacement part, returned promptly, and got our furnace up and running! He was very nice, and responsive to questions.
We did have a subsequent issue with our water heater that I don't believe was directly related to his service of the furnace.
Overall, a very good service experience!

THIRD TIME was the fix after Mike said my furnace had an issue the year it was built. Eric came with boxes of parts under warranty, thank God! Now I have heat that is running great.

I would recommend 911 Mechanical to family and friends. We had our furnace and a/c installed by them as well. This was our first maintenance appt and it went very well!

My technician was able to spot my damage humidifier, which had mold and other germs that been releasing into my home air. He will return thus week with a. replacement

Fair price for a furnace cleaning. Service tech was prompt, friendly and was able to get our heat working without any additional charges. I will use 911 again for my furnace cleanings and will also use them for my central air service in the spring.

I was at LOWES and signed up for 911 MHC to come out and check out my heating and cooling system to make sure things is working properly. I can not remember the gentleman's name but he was very nice and respectful, but my husband just felt that 138.00 was to much just to look at them and that's it. But VERY PROFESSIONAL.

We had 911 Mechanical install our entire Heating and Cooling system, as well as, the plumbing in our New Construction home. They were very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and patient with us throughout the process and this was a refreshing contrast to other contractors. If your desire is to work with a contractor that prioritizes giving you the right solution, at a fair price with courteous support then you’d be best served by giving them a call!!!!
