The gentleman were very polite and courteous. Explain everything that they were doing and why it’s done a certain way. They dismantle and installed the new Furnace and Air conditioning unit in a timely manner. It was great to see these young men doing a job they love and speak highly of the company they work for. I definitely will refer them to my friends and family.

Dave and Jim sent coordinates to let me know when they would arrive along with their current location(s). They arrived and after introductions, Jim & Dave went right to work. They asked to look at the current a-c unit and also where the area in the basement that it would be connected to. They didn't even break for lunch. I offered bottled water and pop but declined. They took the time to repair a hole where the previous was run for the other a-c unit. They even repaired a loose section of railing that went down to my basement. Jim and Dave went above and beyond for a service call. They weren't rushed, they took their time like they were working on their own home. They started at 9:00 a.m. and finished by 3:20 p.m. and in the end, they explained everything they did and answered any questions I had. I would recommend Dave and Jim for any heating and cooling needs anytime and anyplace. Jim and Dave were easy going, down to earth, and very pleasant to talk with.

I had an excellent experience with Randazzo for my furnace and AC replacement. I was faced with the second expensive repair in less than a year for a 17 year old furnace and decided to invest in a new system.

Randazzo scheduled a salesman out for a quote the same day that I called. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and as someone who hates high pressure sales pitches, very patient and willing to work within my budget and personal wants/needs.

The install was only two days later and completed in only one day, minimizing any inconvenience. The installers were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The whole experience was seamless. The installation of all the ductwork, gas pipe, exhaust pipe and electric was very clean, neat and compact. Leagues above whoever the previous installers were. The technician did a final walkthrough to educate me about my system, and the install comes with five years of check-ups/maintenance.

A lot of my friends and family have used this company and all have had an impeccable experience. They aren’t the absolute cheapest you’ll find, but their prices are very reasonable and you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for someone to do this work I’d highly recommend.

Nicholas King came out to my home and quickly discovered that the issue I was facing was due to duct work. Although he couldn’t help with this issue, he made several phone calls to find out who could. I was so impressed with his kindness, professionalism, and patience.

Excellent service from Randazzo on ac and heater replacement today at our home. Sales representative was very helpful in explaining the various options and how they are different from each other in terms of pros and cons by spending enough time with us. Service technicians were very professional and prompt in taken care of everything and consulted us whenever our preference matters. They left the work area very neat and tidy once the work is complete. They proactively did the work in the way customer expects to complete (as if their home). Finally explained the system and its maintenance needs clearly for us. Very satisfied with the service from Randazzo. Its our second house we are using heat/cool products and services.

Growing up I used to see the Randazzo commercials and sing the jingle. Randazzo has to be a reputable to have been in business for so long. Randazzo is living up to its reputation. Especially, with the wonderful crew that we were graced with. The entire install crew was excellent. They were very friendly, respectable and professional. They were a great bunch of fun guys to have in our home. We felt very comfortable with them, even when we had to leave for a few appointments during the install. Our so. Held down the fort and we kept in contact with Paul. The guys did an excellent job with install and clean up. Paul even took time out to walk me through the icomfort setup and gave me some very helpful tips for maintaining the furnace, humidifier, A/C unit and water heater. To begin, Jeremy and Dan the installation technicians were absolutely fantastic. Their service was prompt, clean, and quality workmanship. I had high expectations of the HVAC installation, and my expectations were exceeded. Carlo the salesperson was upfront, communication was great, and informative. I believe the equipment that we purchased from Randazzo was top quality.

I was on the biannual service plan with a company that was recently bought by Randazzo, and Randazzo continued it for $3 less per month than I was paying. Today was my first visit from a technician from Randazzo, Sean Hall. He was polite, personable, professional, competent, and thorough. My daughter had her HVAC system replaced by Randazzo in her previous home and was pleased with them. My furnace here and then the one at our cottage will need replacing in the future, and I will be calling Randazzo for them for their Lennox replacements. Thank you!

I had a new HVAC install and a tankless water heater along with an air purifier and thermostat put in as well.
