We recently had our furnace and central air installed by 911 Mechanical. We are very satisfied and happy with the finished work. The salesman explained everything to us, we felt very comfortable knowing the job would be done right. He was there when the job started and when it was complete. He answered all our questions and was very professional. The crew were neat, clean, and very polite. It was explained to us what they were doing and how it was being installed. I used this company to install a new Ac system in our home three years ago I complained numerous of times that we were not getting cold air in the house. After sending someone out twice they told me I would have to pay for someone to come back out. I also used this company to give my yearly inspections on my furnace and hot water tank within the same week after paying for tune up and Inspection my hot water tank went out. Now I’m having to install a new furnace which they told me everything was fine except for my air humidifier. They found the problem of why my AC never worked properly it was because they welded together three different sizes pipes to make the pipe line fit I have proof and I will try to attach a picture

Trevor, Joe and Keith were great. We had a full system put in, questions were answered during the process and the clean up was awesome. Two more installers showed up during the process to help with such a big job and all worked well together. He was amazing. Absolutely amazing. I will be recommending him to everyone who needs any kind of HVAC work, truly. He saved our lives when our landlord wasn't going to replace a furnace that needed to be CONDEMNED. My family was slowly dying because my landlord wanted to be cheap, but Trevor didn't let him, he installed it anyways. A true human being with amazing morals. Love you!!

We recently had them install a new water heater, repair a clogged drain and install a sump pump. In the past, they have installed a furnace and A/C unit. All jobs were done professionally. I am very happy with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone. In particular, plumber "Keith" was outstanding and went the extra distance to insure our problem was resolved, much to our relief. He is a credit to this company and is the reason people will do repeat business with you. Great job! Very satisfied!

This company has done service for us twice. They are very responsive and communicate when they will be arriving. Our Tech Edward B was professional, friendly, and did a great job. The furnace is running great. We couldn't be happier.

We had a small electrical fire in our furnace and needed to replace it. The unit was 20 years old. We had quotes anywhere between $6k to $10k. 911 Mechanical right off the bat informed me there has been problems with my unit and said the manufacturer will buy it in the form of a credit on the new unit. They gave me everything I wanted for $3,300! They were in the next morning, quickly and professionally installed and were out! This type of customer care just does not happen any more, except for this company. THANk YOU SO MUCH!

Ben came for a routine semi annual check of system and spotted an potential need for a replacement part. He actually left the home and went to the shop to bring it back and repair the unit same day. He is a very kind and knowledgeable man. I would be happy to have him back here for future service calls.

Installer were on time and setup before install was excellent. Installer was organized and professional with install and operation of my new furnace, humidifier, filter system and thermostat. 5 stars
