911 Mechanical Heating-Cooling-Plumbing came right out and diagnosed our problem on our furnace. They got it up and running, ordered the part to complete the fix And came back and probably fixed it for us. They were very professional and punctual and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for a job well done!

Jeff did a great job. He thoroughly cleaned my furnace (way more than anybody else has). Definitely going to request him if I have any problems or for my next cleaning.

Absolutely HORRIBLE company! I canceled my service with another provider because I thought 911 Mechanical had a better offer. They cancelled my appointment because my issue was not as severe as others. (Meaning not as profitable) For about a week my furnace has not been keeping up with the cold so I scheduled for a tune up and inspection to see if the tune up would actually fix the problem and the inspection to see if there are other issues. After getting angry for being told it was my fault because I did not get back to them yesterday ( Because I work till 4:30 pm and don't get home till after 5:00) I called back but they were closed. When I asked to speak to the owner who the girls said was the person who made this call he was " unavailable". So now my children will remain cold until the company I cancelled with can come back out. Thank you 911 Mechanical for showing the world how to NOT operate a company.

Eric B. was excellent! He inspected the furnace and air conditioner and changed the humidifier filter. I highly recommend this company that also installed our new furnace and air conditioner last September.

Had a furnace issue on a Sunday during the winter. After hours rates applied, but that couldn't be avoided. Kel, the technician was very kind and knowledgeable, but didn't have access to the part needed. She was able to get the furnace temporarily working for the remainder of the day. They came out again on Monday and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Will be contacting 911 Mechanical again for routine tuneups and checks.
